My name is Bryan Mack, I live in the AMLI (Retreat) at Westcliff in Westminster, Colorado. I would like to express a personal invitation for anybody and everybody to live here. The apartments are gorgeous and, since they brought in new management, have some of the best personnel I've dealt with. I had a horrible situation brewing when I moved in here, and the management team here has done wonders for me well above and beyond the call of duty to keep me a more than satisfied customer.
I just want to tell you a bit about the apartment. Sure, you can hear it from a leasing agent, but get it from the perspective of someone who's lived here for a year.
I have a very spacious apartment. I have a marble-top bar, I have vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans. I have a mountain view. I have a bathtub that even Roseanne Barr and Tom Arnold can bathe together in it's so big. Ok, perhaps I shouldn't have painted that picture for you. For that, I apologize. I have my own washer and dryer, dishwasher, and over-the-oven microwave. I have an A/C unit that rocks, same with the heater. I am never bothered by solicitors and have 24 hour access to a treadmill with Direct TV in the little gym place. I also have a huge walk in closet and a garbage disposal. Would you like to have all of this too? YOU SHOULD!!! I also hung a snowboard over my front door, but I bet you don't really give a shit about that ;o)
Let me keep going - I'm very close to both a Albertsons, Safeway, and King Soopers. There are movie rental places within a block or two (and we can actually rent movies and DVD's from the apartment clubhouse). The Westminster Mall is a block away from here. It's a 2 minute ride to the "park and ride" for RTD located at 88th and Sheridan. Again, it's a 2 minute drive to the Boulder Turnpike (Hwy. 36). The Westminster Promenade is within 2 blocks of here and there's tons of running and biking trails right here. There's several restaurants nearby with great happy hour specials. (Pizzaria Uno and Ruby Tuesday's both have 2fers all day every day and are both about 2 blocks away). You have a 15 minute drive to either downtown or Boulder. Wal-Mart is a 3 minute drive. Best Buy is a 3 minute drive. For coffee lovers, Starbucks is a 3 minute drive. Subway is a 3 minute drive in either direction. Bowling alley is 2 blocks away. This location is just ideal.
Their website can be viewed here so you can take a gander at some pictures of the accommodations they have for you here. The pool here is wonderful and huge. The hot tub can, no exaggeration, fit roughly 15 people at a time. There is a sand volleyball court and they have several activates for you to participate in. They always have a rent special running. For example, when I moved in I got a month free, then I got another month free upon renewal. I can't guarantee you that this is the special they're running right now, but I do guarantee you you'll get a rent special.
Now, I'd be lying to you if I told you that I am just writing this solely because I love the place. Don't get me wrong, everything I've said is true, but I'm trying to get something out of this, $$$$$ but you can too $$$$$$$$!!!! If you'd like to live here at the Retreat at Westcliff, use me as a referral. I get money taken off my rent if I refer people, and I'd be more than happy to give you a $$cut of my money$$ if you use me as a referral. This'll help both of us to save a little bit of cash.
