Adrian's Weekly NFL Wrapup

2007: Week 1

Ok, so here we are with another year of football. It's the time of year
when Sunday's are dedicated to beer, wings, and watching teams compete.
At this time of year every team, even one's that shouldn't (you know who
you are) have hope and optimism that their team has a chance to make the
playoffs. After week one do we really know anything? No we don't.
Half the teams are undefeated and half the teams are winless. This
early though I can say a few things about some teams. The Colts, Pats
(cheaters), and Bolts all looked really good last weekend. The NFC
looked terrible as the two best teams lost to AFC teams. She-li Manning
is hurt after one game which once again proves that he sucks and that
the Bolts raped the Giants in that draft day trade. Other than that we
will wait for more games before we start separating the good from the
bad. On a serious note it is good to hear that Buffalo's Bills reserve
TE Kevin Everett might come away from his serious neck injury ok and
that he will be able to walk again. What a way to start off the season
with a sobering injury to remind us that football is just a game and
that the players are human. Good luck to all the teams next week,
except New England, and may everyone keep optimistic.
