Slipknot is on the Jimmy Kimmel show tonight, watch it or forever hold your comments about disliking them to yourself.

I've had a slight change in plans for the weekend.  Tonight I'm going to I, Robot and then I'm going to sneak into Harold and Crowbar eat at White Castle so I can see 2 movies for the price of one.  Normally I'd go try to rent Soul Plane, but it's not out on DVD yet, damn.  If Meth & Red or American Idol reruns aren't on, I guess I'll hit up some of the techno clubs downtown, I got some new glow sticks I just can't wait to try out!  Tomorrow should be exciting, I'm going to go to the mall and shop, then I'm going car shopping - time to get rid of my car, she's never worked very well in the first place.  I'm going to trade in my snowboards for some skis too.  But the real excitement is yet to come - I'm going to go see the Cranberries in concert Saturday night, trust me, I'll be singing along as loud as anyone when they play that "Do You Have To Let It Linger" song.  Sunday I'm going to drive around and put up Vote Bush signs in peoples lawn, gotta keep that guy in office!  Shit, I just remembered, my memberships to the Robin Williams and Julia Roberts fan clubs are almost due!

AHHHHHH!!! I just typed the most horrific of all nightmares! Sorry if you lose sleep over that dreadful image I just placed in your mind, I apologize.

I'm REALLY hoping you numbskulls didn't forget this, and if you did - may God have mercy on your souls, but I feel it's my duty to remind each and every one of you of this simple fact of life.  I realize I haven't reminded you or pressured you to believe this for quite some time, but today I will remind you.  Supergreg is, in fact, Numba One!

Back to reality, I was all over the place last night, down to Centennial, over to Greenwood Village, up to Broomfield, then back home to lovely Westminster.  Pretty long round-trip (111 miles) for delivering a computer, huh?  People beware: my cell phone is turned ON today - weird huh?  I just answered a call from Bob - let me check my phone records....3 incoming calls since Saturday (which was really Friday night)...not too shabby, I can deal with that.  I love not answering my phone, it gives me my jollies.

Gov's Park is highly likely tonight although that's not set in stone, Kickball tourney tomorrow afternoon (Team Name: Kick Ball Sacks - if anyone wants to make a donation towards our team for Easter Seals (who we're doing this for) you can do so on the website), Blue Collar Comedy Tour tomorrow night, Sunday = climbing hopefully but that's weather permitting.

I promise you that I will have good stuff to post next week - actual good stuff!!  I promise! Hopefully new pictures and I promise new writings of sorts...not sure which I'll post yet, but expect it.  Have a nice day - vote Kerry/Edwards, and if you can't do that - Vote Quimby.

July 29, 2004

What's up in Vegas today?  Don't ask me because I'm in Golden.  I have no idea what that was supposed to mean.  Have I told you I'm really itchin' to go to Vegas again?  I need to win some more money and spend some more time at Mandalay!  That place is heaven-sent.  I could go see my imaginary girlfriend. Probably won't be going there until next spring though.  Trips on schedule for now are Minneapolis, and that's about it.  Pretty atypical of me huh?  I think I'm staying here over Thanksgiving this year to run in the Turkey Trot and hit up some prime-time snowboarding.  I'm starting to think I travel too much.  Oh well, I'm unattached so I can.  Smith is moving to Tampa Bay next week, so I'm sure I'll be down there sometime this winter when I get sick of the cold....er...mild weather.  I keep forgetting that it doesn't really get cold here, just chilly.  Also hopefully have plans in the works to go to the Kentucky Derby next May.  I love Kentucky.  That's one of 5 places I could live (here(Denver), KC, Seattle/Vancouver, Tampa, Kentucky).  Denver has mountains.  Seattle/Vancouver has mountains and the Seahawks.  Tampa has the beach and cheap cost of living.  Kentucky has gorgeous green scenery and the hottest women on Earth.  KC has, well, I have no idea, it's closer to home I guess.  A few months ago I thought I'd be moving to KC within a few years for sure, now that seems like a long shot of ever happening.

That paragraph had no organization to it whatsoever.

This weekend is creeping up fast, very busy so this week has flown.  Last night I again watched the Democrat National Convention.  John Edwards is a beast.  I wish they could swap that ticket so he was going for President and Kerry was VP, that'd be much better.  I need to work my ass off at the gym tonight to get home tonight to see Kerry speak.  I've done horrible this week.  I've only run 5.1 miles (a 5K one day and 2 miles the other) this week.  I like to get in at least 15 a week from Monday noon through when I leave work on Friday, but this week I won't meet that because I don't see myself doing more than 5K again today.  Humph.  At least my speed is getting better.  I ran 2 miles in just over 15 minutes yesterday.  I need to get down to 22 for a 5K though, that's going to be very difficult.

So I'm listening to the radio this morning and they're talking about some Hazmat and Crowbar eat White Castle or something like that.  Now let me tell you this, this movie sounds horrible enough by the little preview they gave.  But my question is, why would they advertise it as "From the directors of Dude, Where's My Car?"?!?! That movie is downright horrible.  So you're telling me the same people who made a shitty movie made this movie with a horrible title, no talented actors, and a terrible preview?  Wow, let me buy my ticket in advance!

That's it, I'm done for today.

July 28, 2004

Kinda went DVD crazy last night, but not really.  I was still a little pissed off from viewing the director's cut version of The Abyss the other night and just had to watch the end, so I went out to Best Buy, a whopping mile drive, and bought it.  But I saw lots of movies on sale and bought them.  I ended up buying The Abyss, The Firm, Best of SNL: Phil Hartman, Wayne's World, and Wayne's World 2.  They were all $10 or less so I didn't feel bad.  Have any of you seen a skit with Hartman called "Robot Repair"?  I had never seen that until last night, man that's good stuff.  Ok - weird sidetrack.  I just googled "Robot Repair" to find a link to a picture of it, but came up with this site.  What a weird site.

Hmmm, what else, what else.  Have I mentioned that the weather this summer has blown ass?  Seriously, we have a hard time getting over 70 degrees anymore.  Who says global warming is working?  I call shenanigans.  Let's get some warmth up in this city.

Sorry for the boring update, just don't have much for you today as my life isn't very exciting when the previous day consists of work, gym, eating, tv, bed.  And yes...I'm still in "don't answer my phone during the week" mode, only now my voice mail box is full, so good luck leaving me a message.  I'm really very strongly considering turning my cell phone off completely and just getting a calling card and using a pay phone when I need to make a call.  I mean seriously, it seemed like a stupid idea at first, but so did turning off my internet connection 2 1/2 years ago, and I don't miss having the internet at home one bit.  You just get used to it just like you got used to having it in the first place.  So yes, that's my debate right now, it'd save me $50/month, a couple hours of time, and countless hours of frustration.  That's my thought for today.

New pix went up yesterday, only 8 so keep your pantyhose on (yup, stole that line from The Abyss).  New MP3 will finally go up today but I don't know what to pick.  It's just not as fun updating the MP3 without my old sound-clip-making software.  I should really find a new version of that but I really haven't got the time.  Adios todos.

July 27, 2004

I watched the Democratic National Convention last night.  Nine times out of nine, I'd put Bill Clinton as quote of the day today, but I'm not an idiot - I realize he doesn't write his own speeches.  But even with that said, that guy is just a phenomenal speaker isn't he?  I'm very pro-democratic, however, they aren't doing that good of a job promoting where Kerry stands on any of the issues.  They're giving generalizations and they need to stop it with the Bush-bashing as it's giving them a negative image.  I could care less, they have my vote regardless because I don't want that cocksucker Bush to stay in office another day, but if they're trying to sway the votes of people on the brink, I don't think they're doing a very good job of it.  They need to wipe the smiles off the faces of those who think ignorance is bliss and show them reality.

They did another uncomfortable silence interview on KBPI this morning, this time with one of the illustrious top 10 hottest chicks on Earth.  I can't put her in my top 5 but she's easily in my top 10, and I learned she's making an appearance in Denver on Saturday, maybe I'll go see her.  The lovely Carmella Descare. Too bad on the radio this morning she had the personality of a shoebox.

I want you to find one reason not to like this guy, seriously.  How can you not love Shaun Alexander?  Classy guy, nice guy.  Fantastic player.  He's not cocky, just as the interview says - when he scores a TD (which he has scored 5 in one half, he is an elite player) - he hands the ball to the ref.  He doesn't whip out a cell phone or take a cheer leaders pom-pom's or autograph a ball, he simply hands it to the ref and goes on with the game.  As a rookie, Shaun signed a 5-year contract.  He is worth well more than his contract, but does he tell his team he's holding out unless they re-structure it for him?  No, he plays it because it was a contract and he signed it.  Will he run away from the Seahawks after this year because they didn't re-structure his contract? No, he's a classy guy, a family guy, a fantastic football player.  A role model.  There are too few of these in the game today.  Hopefully he can give the Seahawks a Super Bowl ring this year just to show the world that a cocky and selfish attitude gets you nowhere near as far as class can.  This is why, even when snowboarding, I wear the man's jersey.

I did a bunch of writing last night, I may put some of it up tomorrow.  I realize I never put up new pictures last night, perhaps I will today, we shall see.  I'm pretty busy at work so doubt if I'll have time.

This weekend is looking to be a busy one.  Friday will likely be Gov's or something along that nature.  I may be playing in a kickball tournament on Saturday morning, not sure though.  May go meet Carmella at the Harley place too.  Saturday night I'm going to see Jeff Foxworthy and Larry the Cable Guy, then may have a party to go to.  Then Sunday I may go climb 4 14ers in one day.  If I get 1/3 of that accomplished, I'll be a happy camper.  Until then, I gotta get to work.

July 26, 2004

Ricky Williams - hahahhaha, what a dumbass.  That should chalk up another sure-thing victory for the Seahawks this year.

Guest posting on the forums will likely be disabled today or tomorrow, so if you want to post you'll just have to register.

I'm tired as hell and it's all James Cameron's fault.  I, for some reason, have been obsessed with the movie The Abyss for some time now and it drives me nuts.  Maybe because in that movie, I find Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio (above) to be just a fox with two x's. The movie has 2 versions...the version that makes no sense at all and the version that makes sense.  The version that makes sense is about a half hour longer and I love it, I hate the other version.  (The only difference I ever remember is the ending as it's so dramatically different) So it was on Starz or something last night and even the short version is like 2 1/2 hours long, so I stayed up until 11:30 to find out if it was the cool version - they just cut the end off of the shitty version which entirely destroys any chance of the movie having a plot.  Sure enough, "Love you wife" pops up right away instead of seeing the whole wave scene, it's just flat-out stupid.  So I got no sleep, I was all pissed off and couldn't sleep because I wasted 2 1/2 hours of my life watching the shitty version.

Anyways, had a great weekend.  Got to chill out with the clan at the PCL Saturday night, Chris & Tom helped me change Laetitia's t-stat on Saturday, so now she doesn't overheat anymore.  Yup, I'll have some weekend pictures up shortly.

This week I need to change Laetitia's muffler out and buy her 2 new rear tires, then she'll be just as good as new.  Man, seriously, she'll be as good as new, only with 168K miles on her.  We'll have new tires, alternator, t-stat, and muffler in a 2 week time frame all for about a total of $300.  Nice like rice.

I'm certain I had important things to say today but I don't care and/or forgot - so I guess they must not be too terribly important, huh?  Adios for now, new Wil$on and MP3 are up...enjoy.

July 23, 2004

Whaaa hahahhahaha, Tom can now sympathize with my airport horror story.  Due to tornado warnings/watches in Denver his flight was cancelled last night, so we were forced to go out without him.  Hit up CB & Potts with Chris, Beth, Wendy, and Paul.  Giddy up, I'm tired as hell right now, TGIF.  Tomorrow I attempt to install a new T-stat in Laetitia, then I'm thinking about hitting up Buffalo Bill Days here in Golden, gotta talk Chris into that first.  Wendy brought up an interesting point last night, are they going to have to rename Coors Field (to Molson Coors Field) and Coors Amphitheatre (to Molson Coors Amphitheatre) now that Coors merged and is called Molson Coors, Inc. or something like that?  That would suck.

Now if you know me at all you know this - I hate the mainstream.  You know I love Slipknot.  You know that I usually think that a band's first few albums blows away their recent ones and that bands just get worse as time goes on.  Well, it's been 2 months since the release of Vol. 3 (The Subliminal Verses).....every day either over lunch or after work I hear Duality on the radio, they're just murdering it with airplay on the radio.  I know I told you my thoughts of this album upon its initial release, but now after 2 months I have a very profound statement to make.  This album by Slipknot makes all other attempts from any band in the history of music appear futile.  This album is leaps and bounds over any other Slipknot album.  This album dwarfs the quality of Dark Side Of The Moon - an album which 2 months ago I would never think could be topped as the best album of all time.  Nothing is even remotely close to being as good of an album as this new Slipknot album.  Sorry, I just had to get that out of my system.

So this weekend has the potential to be one of the greatest of all time.  We're off to a fantastic start already - let's hope it keeps going.  have a good weekend, enjoy a new MP3 and picture, and watch some Family Feud - because it's the best show on TV.

July 22, 2004

Last night in a bloody big nutshell:  ran 3 miles, lifted a few (key word: few) weights, went home and made a smoothie, got a haircut (actually I cut all of them) at Sports Clips, made tuna helper, then made a phone call that was 3 weeks overdue, then finished laundry up, and then it was delicious bed time.  I must mention that while I prepared Tuna Helper, I watched my Slipknot Disasterpieces DVD, just thought I'd throw that in there. (wow, out of 80 reviews on Amazon the average review was 5 stars - that's pretty sweet.)

Looks like the brewery down the street from me (literally) is getting bigger...

So tonight I'm hitting up the Texas Roadhouse for a delicious steak with Tom, Chris, and Beth. Hopefully I can run 4 miles in about 31:30 today.  Have I told you my running goals?  I need to get 31:30 for 4 miles (which I've already done about 20 times, not too tricky)...but from there my next goal is getting near impossible for me, but I'm going to meet it by the end of October.  I want to run 3 miles in under 21 minutes.   From there I will be able to run a 5K in 21 minutes on race day.   Next goal after that is 5 miles in 37:30...but no timeline set for that.  I'm going to shatter my 10K personal record and I'm going to work my ass off to do it.  Yup.  Next weekend is Bross, Democrat, Lincoln, and Quandry - yup, 4 14ers in one weekend next week.  Then the weekend immediately following, I shall do either Holy Cross or Snowmass.  That'll put me at 7 for the summer.  Dunno if I'll meet my goal or not this summer.  What am I talking about - of course I will.

Chimaira is still the MP3 of the day as I'm too lazy to change it today.  Picture of the day is whatever it was yesterday as I'm too lazy to change it.  I'm going to work now, have a nice day.

July 21, 2004

Talk about nightmares, torture-filled nightmares.  Wow, I suppose listening to Slipknot at a high volume while I sleep is a bit scary.  Actually it was pretty cool because after my dreadful nightmare I had another dream where I was at a Stone Sour concert, so it all evens out.

I got very upset last night, there were 2 specific things I've written that I was looking for on my old hard drive and I cannot find them, I really want them, I told people about them and that I was going to post them this week and now I must fail to keep my promise, a bit upset about this I am.

Let me know how you found this site and how long you've been reading...could be pretty cool....

Since she made me some kickass banners, I feel compelled to place an "ad" of sorts for her.  If any of you are Mt. Dew drinkers and feel like winning a prize for basically doing nothing - go see 00k's site and see how you can help her out with your Mt. Dew addiction.

Is this honestly news-worthy?! Sheesh...

Fleetwood Mac week is over due to..uhm...I dunno why.  (No Rammstein yet today though ;o))  I'm hungry, luckily it's burrito day today.

I picked up Jeff Suppan and Mark Teixeira on my fantasy team yesterday.  Not like it matters, I suck.  I've picked up and dropped Teixeira like 8 times over the last 2 years, the guy is more inconsistent than Swiss cheese.  I want to eat a hot pocket right now, I guess I'll settle for a Myoplex Caramel Apple Crisp bar instead.

Moon - here we come.

Wow, today's news is going nowhere.  If anyone has that chicken video send it to me and I'll post it, other than that, uhm...yup.  See ya.

July 20, 2004

I feel really good today, no reason really.  I ran 2 miles last night in 7:50/mile and for some reason I about keeled over.  I can usually do about 4 miles at that pace (except on race day) with no problems, but yesterday I was sweating bullets, it was insane, so I switched over to the weights instead and did a triceps and chest workout.  I bet you give 2 shits about that huh?

So I'm back on my smoothie kick.  Last night's smoothie recipe consisted of a cup of chopped strawberries, a scoop of whey protein, some flaxseed oil, a cup of OJ, and some ice cubes.  This mornings was a banana, whey protein, flaxseed oil, olive oil, ice cubes, and OJ.  Tonight I'm trying to think of what to do.  I'm thinking a nectarine, some strawberries, some OJ/whey protein/flaxseed.  We'll see, again - not like you care.

Fleetwood Mac week is still on............     New Wil$on picture is posted........      New Wil$on story is on-deck for a few weeks from now (thanks Sully!)

Looks like Tom is arriving on Thursday night but won't be here Friday night or on Saturday, so my weekend will likely be dinner & PCL on Thursday, Gov's on Friday, sitting by the pool on Saturday (don't worry, it'll rain) while Laetitia gets a new muffler, then just do nothing on Sunday.  Hell, maybe I'll actually work on the website on Sunday.  I've got thousands of things to post but I'm just entirely too lazy.

You gonna vote for Kerry or Bush?

Sausagefest is on.......I'm officially in.

I don't know what to say today, don't have a lot to say I guess.

July 19, 2004

Back from the weekend yet again, as usual - I was on the road for the weekend.  This weekend was the Bonanza Inn B&B between Bonanza and Villa Grove in southern Colorado.  Ended up going river rafting down the Royal Gorge on Saturday with the entire city of Carroll I think.  There was like (literally) 40 of us down there, 31 of us went rafting.  My boat consisted of Wendl, The Brad, Brincks, B.J., and myself.  We had the coolest guide on earth, and the shittiest boat on Earth.  This translates to not giving a shit about the boat you're on and crashing into everything you see, I just can't explain it, but trust me, it was more fun than you can imagine, although the Arkansas River looked a lot like chocolate milk it was so filthy.  Blah, overall - great weekend.  I didn't bring my camera, so picture of the day will be from last year at the same place.

Went to Anchorman last night.  Holy cow, you just have to go see that movie, it's hysterical.  Not over-hyped at all, Steve Carell almost stole the show, that guy was like Quagmire on Family Guy - every single thing he says is hilarious.  You GW supporters will love what his "future job" is when they tell you at the end of the movie what everyone went on to become...

The Royals still suck, imagine that.

Fleetwood Mac weeks are still in effect on the MP3 page, so check out what delicious song I have in store for you today.  Don't forget, a new Wil$on story was posted on Friday, go read away and have a horrible Monday....er.....fantastic Monday.

July 16, 2004

What a fast frickin' week, it's amazing what being really busy at work will do for a guy.  Last night I worked out, ate like complete shit (mmmm...hot pockets, right Kris?) and finished my laundry.  I then fully planned on watching tv for awhile, but after the realization that it was about 127 degrees in my apartment, I had to get the hell out of there, so I went and chilled (literally) in Westy's Old C's for a change.  Figured it'd keep me away from drama, but nope, sure enough some dude who apparently hated white people just went off on a couple completely minding their own business, he said he wished he had his gun with him.  Needless to say, the cops were called.  I've said it before, this city needs to change its name to Drama-ver.  Just ridiculous, we don't have any problems like this or anything else to what happens in this city back home, it gets annoying.

I've decided that the dog video I put up in April is deserving of a permanent spot on the Downloads page....so check that page out if you haven't recently.  There's links to Chonky rappin', articles and interviews with me, and videos of dogs.  Maybe I'll start adding more, I've got about 3gb of transfer that doesn't get used every month, may as well use it eh?  And by the way, a boatload (a boatload means exactly 85) of pictures were put up yesterday, check 'em out.

After months and months and months and months and months and months and months of waiting, I present to you - a new Wil$on story.  I also have about 10 new pictures in the Wil$on photograph bank, so look for Wil$on picture updates too, starting today...woo hoo!

If any of you go to see I, Robot, please never visit this site again.  I would rather have sex with Laetitia Casta than watch that movie.  Oh wait..... I mean.... I'd rather go to a John Mayer concert than see that movie. (For the record, my new years resolution was to stop bashing DMB in public, I've only slipped up twice or thrice).

In a week or so I'll be launching a new section called "Stuff".  The official title of the page will be "Stuff People Send Fleetmack".  I'm not talking about MP3's or pictures, I'm talking stuff you mail me.  I've got about 4 things to put on there already with hopes of more - (hint hint).  It can be as random as you'd like, but I'll be posting pictures of me using the random stuff you send me.  Also, I'm going to start an "Endorsements" page on which you send me your picture with a fleetmack.com sign - I'll post them all, I don't care.  So start taking pix with a fleetmack.com sign today!

Head over heels in love with Laetitia Casta, I am.  I guess I have been since around 1996 or something though, big surprise.  Random.  Is there seriously a cooler winamp skin than this on earth?!

I'm listening to Rammstein now, this playlist rules.  I go from Fleetwood, to Slipknot, to Rammstein, to Floyd, to Flock of Seagulls, to Killswitch (which sucks), to Beastie Boys - wow, fun times fun times.

Heading to Wendl's place after work.  Today is the day the glock gets shot, giddy the funk up.  Rikelle has my digi cam so I won't have any pictures from this upcoming weekend unless the other guys have one, let's just hope.  I've decided that this week (durr) and all of next week is FleetWeek on the Mp3 page - so check out a 3rd consecutive Fleetwood Mac MP3 today.  Then check out the picture of the day, then sign my guestbook if you haven't, then start posting in the forums, then become an Avalanche and Seahawks fan, then completely ignore the fact that the Nuggets got Kenyan Martin yesterday (not only do I not care, but I don't know if he's 5'11" or 6;10", white or black, I have no clue who this guy is and don't give a shit so people on the news - please stop talking about it).  Have a splendid weekend.

July 15, 2004

I can't think of anything to say, I'm drawing a ___________. (blank).  But I'm not playing Match Game.

Is it really Thursday already?  This week has just flown by at record speed, seriously record speed.  Tonight I get to finish up my laundry and go buy about 200 more rounds to shoot through the Glock this weekend, that's the only plans.  Tomorrow after work I head on down to the Bonanza Inn Bed & Breakfast with Wendl & clan.  Mr. Tom Kitt will be here next weekend, then it's August already.  This summer is just flying, I need time to freeze one of these days, everything is going right and everything that goes wrong is just a minor setback.

A lot of you have been asking me where the interview from the David Lawrence show is, I forgot to put it on the downloads page, it's there now along with my Wired article.

I lifted for the first time since I got back to Colorado yesterday and was basically ashamed.  Could only do 220 7 times on my 3rd set :o/  That's a major setback.  I still finished my incline and decline with normal weights, but sheesh - I weigh like 8 lbs more than when I left and can't lift as much.  That's a sure sign of a successful vacation isn't it?

I don't want to type any more, Fleetwood Mac is the MP3 today.  New pictures are up on the newpix page too, enjoy.

July 14, 2004

Yes, I realize I haven't really done a good update for about 3 weeks.  No, this won't be a good update, but I'm going to just cover the past weeks as quickly as I can.

Vacation was fun.

There, that's your update for my vacation.  I don't have time to put up pictures, so I'll just put up one for you as picture of the day.  There's your picture update for my vacation.

Hmmmm, MP3 is up today...a new one, exciting huh?

I owe Eyan big time for throwing a new alternator in Laetitia.  Yup that's right ladies and gentlemen, after just 168K miles, something FINALLY went wrong with my car.  I had replaced tires, brakes, timing belt, etc. as maintenance - but this was the first time she broke.  Even with a broken alternator, she still ran just fine until I turned my headlights on.  It cost me a whopping $110 to fix while the shop quoted me over $350.  I need to give her a new muffler now too as mine got a hole in it and it sounds horrible.....did I just call her "it"?!  OUCH!  I'm sorry girl!  Man that car rules, she's just like new now.

I'm finally caught up on sleep but have still been at my apartment for a total of about (literally) an hour while awake since my return to Colorado.  Sunday night I got home, unloaded the car, changed, and went to the Fleetwood Mac concert (which I wasn't impressed by at all....Lindsey Buckingham made the show, Mick Fleetwood is just weird, and Stevie is ... well....  bizarre).  Monday night I got off work, changed, then went to Eyan's to work on Laetitia, got home at 11pm.  Last night I got home and went immediately to Old C's with Andy and Bob to watch the All Star game.  I  need to go buy a few hundred rounds of .40 S&W before the weekend, but other than that all I really have to do is laundry, and I have no urge to do that when it's 100 degrees outside.

I'm very busy at work, seriously.

The AL won the all star game, no thanks to any Royals, none of whom played.  I'm done with this season.  My fantasy team (again) sucks and my favorite team (Royals) suck yet again.  No hockey to look forward to.  The NBA is gayer than Ian Mackellen.  Guess all I have left are my Seahawks right now.  Maybe I should take up cheering for soccer.  (Pause for extreme laughter)...... while I'm at it, maybe I'll become a WNBA fan....(Pause for even more extreme laughter).

That's it, that's your update, maybe I'll give you another one next week.  I'm going to southern Colorado this weekend to ride 4-wheelers and shoot the Glock along with about 75 other guns that will be making the trip with the Iowa boys.  Yup.  Goodbye.

July 13, 2004

Family Guy update today......

It's hotter than shit here.  It's currently 12:45 and it's 99 with much warmer weather ahead.  Now back to Tom Tucker and Diane Simmons for the rest of today's news.....

Thanks Tricia (Takanowa).  What a whore you are.

Sorry everyone - I promise this site will be better shortly, I really just am too busy to do this these days, a week+ of vacation will do that to a guy! I'm sitting through a discussion for lunch or I'd do this then.  Eyan's putting the finishing touches on Laetitia today for me, so I can't stay late at work as I have no car today....have a good one!

I'm running on fumes today, you have no idea.  Let's just sum this up by saying I've had a whopping 8 hours of sleep since I woke up Friday morning.  I'll do the math for you - that's less than 3 hours per night for the last 3 nights.

Vacation was cool.  Okaboji, Family time, Alyfest, Wil$onfest, Golf, raccoon river floating, wedding, driving, etc. etc. etc.  The drive home sucked.  I left Carroll around 8am yesterday, stopped in Omaha to see my Grandpa, got here around 6pm, showered, and went straight to.....drumroll please.......the Fleetwood Mac concert.  I scored some free tickets so Rikelle and I attended.

Wow I'm tired, you have no idea.  Seriously - you just have no idea.  Today I'd say is in the top 2 most tired days of my life, the first likely being in March of 2002 sometime....nah, this is more tired than then for sure.... Wow, I had car troubles the last time I was this exhausted...well get to that little issue tomorrow, for now, I've gotta sort through these way-too-many emails.  New pictures and a bunch of other stuff up tomorrow, but I don't have anything for you today, sorry.

Happy 6th of July, I'm updating from a dial-up connection, wow.  'boji was fun over the 4th, weather was nice, blah blah blah.  I really don't want to update this thing today, I just want to go back to bed while you all work all week, wooooooo.

I am going to Omaha today with my Mom, Grandpa is having surgery, hopefully everything is fine.  The rest of the week I'm just chillin', heading to Ankeny on Friday, Tony's wedding on Saturday, then back to Denver on Sunday.  Yup.  Bye.

Are you kidding me? That monsoon we just went through was also known as "June"?  The month is over and I haven't had one day where I have sitting by my pool an option?! This summer sucks.

I'm extremely busy at work but am taking 3 seconds to give you all a bit of joy today.  I bought the new Killswitch cd and the new Beastie Boys cd.  I was expecting to hate the Beasties and like Killswitch Engage -- the opposite happened.  This album is awful, the Beasties seem pretty cool this time around though, I'm diggin' it.

I'm off to Okaboji after work today, which is exactly 122 minutes from now.  Giddy up.  Probably be doing some boatin', floatin', drinkin', bbq-in', dancin', partyin', and playin' in the water.  You should be jealous, it's a great time.

I ran a whopping 2 miles this week and lifted chest and biceps once, pretty good way to start of a vacation huh? ;o)  I'll do good while I'm in Iowa, I promise.

Sorry, I'm really boring today.  I've gotten proposals to be on TV and a few more articles written about me, not sure what I'm going to do for sure, we'll see what I feel like.  Until then - I'm going on vacation.  I'll try to find a nice okaboji picture to put up for you as picture of the day, enjoy and have a great holiday
