PAYDAY AND FRIDAY!! WOO HOO!

First off - the GB&U sound clip stays up all weekend for a tribute to Patrick Roy.   Nice work last night, Devils - keep it up.

Ok, this page is getting cluttered, but I'm going to leave 4 days worth of news unarchived until Monday, so all that who-ra will be below until then, then we'll be back to only 1 day at a time on this page.  Chat could be a long while before it's active again.  I'm making progress on the guestbook and I restored all the May News that was lost, all the pictures have been restored.  The guestbook could be a couple weeks, but it will be back and just the same as it was, thought I lost it!  We're back on Squirrelmail now, that seemed to be the most stable - so count on it working.   The last 2 months were unheard of.  I have all your emails in a file if you need it let me know, I will be cancelling my digihosters account permanently on Monday, so hopefully I'll have everything I need from them by then.  They finally replied to my support emails today - not bad huh?  Site crashes on Sunday and they reply in the wee hours of the morning on Friday, nice work guys!

Here's how bored I was last night (pictures and guitar clip and a bunch of other random stuff on this page).

So yeah, watched towelie last night.  You know what - screw this.   I don't want to update today.  MP3 of the day will be accompanied by a sound clip from now on, check it and let me know if you like that idea or not, this way you can preview the song before you download it.

Picture of the day will be the bizarro-Wilson picture.  It's me drunk as hell, sopping wet, wearing a blue shirt.  Wilson is next to me - he's sober, no cig in hand, and not wearing a blue shirt - WHAT GIVES?!  Don't forget to check out Gian's Wilson Fiction Story!  And by the way, Wilson is still passed out behind the DJ booth.

Have a great weekend - it hit like 95 degrees here yesterday, so I'M GOING SNOWBOARDING AND CAMPING!!!!!!  Have fun and be safe.

May 29, 2003

We're back!!! I know I know, this is all messed up.  Any CGI and PHP shit is gone, so no guestbook, no fleetchat, no counter, no forums.  I'll work on it when I get time...until then...BACK TO THE UPDATES!!!!!!!!

Wow, it's warm out today - see above weather thingy.

First off - we are on a new hosting company.  DIGIHOSTERS SUCKS BALLS!   Dot5Hosting is my new host - hopefully they will be good to me.  I was with my last host since last June, they did good for 8 months then fell off the deep end.  if you emailed me since friday - i did not get the email.  if you signed my guestbook since thursday, i never saw it.  DAMMIT!!!  bryan@fleetmack.com is now active again!!!!!!!!!!

You thought the original star wars kid movie was funny?  The Star Wars Kid - Reloaded       Here's another "Star Wars Kid" remix

Rikelle had her baby last night (I assume since Aja called me around 9:30 and said she was "pushing" as we spoke) - so let's welcome Riki's son, Ethan into the world today. WOO HOO!

Yup - time for a typical update...I'll leave the past 2 days' updates below.  Last night I did laundry, rode my bike for awhile and watched South Park.   Tonight, my friends - is the best 30 minutes in the history of cable television.   That's right, the towelie episode of South Park is on tonight.  It takes a very strange sense of humor - but it's worth it to watch, HILARIOUS!

THE WILSON STORY CONTEST WINNER IS Gian Milano of Kenilworth, IL.   I will send him a zippo this week and here is his wilson story, which will be featured for at least a month.

MP3 is in honor of Patrick Roy. (also who the sound clip on this page is for...durr...unless you're a non-hockey fan and think his name is pronounced like it's spelled - ROY is pronounced like "Waah" for those of you who are idiots) I will try to have this site all fixed up by next week - until then surf around and enjoy some new pictures on the newpix page.

       May 28, 2003

Trust me, this won't happen again - it's being taken care of, I promise this time, digihosters SUCKS MY ASS!

IF YOU CAN READ THIS - WE ARE NOW HOSTED BY DOT5HOSTING - THANKS FOR THE REFERRAL MR. ROSS RAFFERTY!   Email me with ANY broken links or email problems you are having - PLEASE DO THIS!!   THe guestbook, fleetchat, and the forums are all broken - I may repair them I may not, old hosting company lost my MySQL databases.  Man I'm a FUCKING IDIOT for not backing this up myself, should have learned my lesson last month.  NEW RANT WILL BE WRITTEN ABOUT MY HOSTING COMPANIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Patrick is retiring, as a Patrick Roy tribute, today's MP3 will be Pink Floyd - Another Brick in the Wall, Pt. II

Went to the Rockies/Dodgers game last night, one of the 6 hottest non-famous women I've ever seen in my life sat about 3 rows in front of us, my eyes hurt from staring at her for 3 hours.  Got busted trying to take her picture, bummer, guess that picture of her back will suffice.   But, picture of the day will be Andy and I with Dinger (the mascot)

Check yesterday's news for other new stuff (below)

SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT

Wow, action packed weekend that's for sure.  First off - Congrats again to Mike and Heather on starting their life together.  Also, Rikelle is getting induced for labor today, so please have your thoughts and prayers in the right spot.

So yeah - the site was down this morning.  Who knows how to copy over MySQL databases to a new host?  I need help.

Enjoyed seeing everyone this weekend, time was short back home and pictures were limited.  The digi-camera survived a hot-tub and clothes-in-the-dryer scare, don't know how - but both it and Mr. Samsung Cellphone both still function properly.  Again - no idea how that is possible.  Pictures will be posted later today of the weekend.   We have pix of some shots at Wileys (formerly known as Shooters) in Dedham, hanging out at Schweers' house in Arcadia, and some pix from yesterday at a Memorial Day party back here in the good 'ol Denver Metro.  Yup.  It was great getting to taste a delicious Boulevard Duff again, Saturday was a late night and I don't remember much.   Thankfully, there's pictures posted.

So I drove back to Denver on Sunday, but was way too tired so pulled over just west of Kearney, Nebraska and slept at a rest stop for a long time.  Got home VERY late and woke up at 6 yesterday to run the Bolder Boulder.  The results will be posted here some time today, so check out how I did - I'm not for sure on my time - but I have a feeling I did very very well, pretty sure I crushed my time from last year.   I'm quite proud of myself!  I'm REALLY hoping I got under 8 minute miles but I'm not really sure. Hopefully the BB picture-takers got some shots of me I can steal from their source code (since their site disables right-click) - we'll see.  If so, there'll be pix of me running the Bolder Boulder posted sometime soon.  Here is me running last year's BB in my sweet-ass Mickey Mouse Chicago shirt that Nic gave me.

Check this shit out, I'm the fastest Mack in this year's bolder Boulder (I typed this hours after the above paragraph) - I SHATTERED last year's time of 57+ minutes, man I rule.  I believe this equates to roughly 7:35 miles   (a 10K is 6.2 miles).   It's times like this that I feel like all my hard work has paid off:

First Name Last Name Official Time Bib Number Age Gender City State Zip
Alyssa Mack 52:45 JM249 23 F Englewood CO 80110
Bryan Mack 47:03 FB306 24 M Westminster CO 80021
Carrie Mack 1:16:12 MG594 29 F Denver CO 80211
Fred Mack 1:01:21 JA261 48 M Boulder CO 80301
Jeff Mack 57:39 G263 15 M Boulder CO 80304
Keith Mack 53:45 G262 41 M Boulder CO 80304
Kelly Mack 1:43:59 WF160 43 F Littleton CO 80122
Lori Mack 1:07:11 JC510 30 F Denver CO 80203
Nanci Mack 1:44:02 WF159 48 F Boulder CO 80304

If it didn't get deleted from the server, I shall post the winning Wilson Fiction Story Contest.  Gian Milano out of >>>> is our winner, he shall receive a bronze zippo lighter (mailed with NO lighter fluid in it so I don't get arrested).   His Wilson Fiction Story will be featured on the Wilson page for at least a month.   Thanks Gian! Congrats!

I have so much more to say but really don't feel like typing right now, maybe this afternoon....

May 23, 2003

YAY SPECIAL ED'S PICTURE IS UP AGAIN! YAY!

remember - memorial day is the deadline for the wilson fiction contest!

So get this - I'm at the Old Chicago in Wheatridge last night - on their jukebox - they have the Alice In Chains Unplugged CD - I went nucking futs!  Yeah, I think everyone in that bar has gotten their fill, I played the whole CD like 3 times, man I rule.  I tell ya what, there's very few things on earth cooler than a kickass jukebox.  Giggling Grizzlys rules as well - 3 RATM (rage against the machine) cd's, like 4 sublime cd's, all the pink floyd cds, yadda yadda - man it rules.  Add a deftones cd or two and I'd be a happy camper.   WOw, I'm so cool using a script font for the band's name.  Ain't I?

FLEETCHAT IS BACK! (http://www.fleetmack.com/chat.htm for all you bookmarkers out there) It works great until it crashes, which it tends to do about every hour or so.  Feel free to use it all you'd like, tell your friends, I don't care.  But if it crashes, just wait 2 or 3 minutes and come back and it'll restart itself.  Fun times on fleetmack.com.  My end goal = get everyone fired.  Web forums will be up by Independence day.  YAY!

So yes, back to Carroll tonight, I should get out of Denver around 3:00p.m. or so - it's about a 9 hour drive and I lose an hour, so I should be home around 1am.  No promises on making it to the bar for last call tonight, not really terribly interested in that, I'll most likely go straight home, even though I told some of you I'd go to the bar first to say hello.  That was what we call "me lying to you so you don't hound me and make me feel guilty."    I tell you what, nothing in the world sounds better than a buffalo chicken sandwich right now.  Oh wait, chipotle or illegal pete's or q-doba sounds pretty good as well.  Most likely I'll be heading to Wendl's reception in Dedham at 6:30, stay there until 11ish then try to fetch a ride (via HardKore?) to Arcadia to go to Schweers' graduation par-tay.  par-tay, cool word.  YAY PAR-TAY YAY!  I'm a poet and I didn't even know it.

So yeah, got some major work to get done today before I take off so I won't be in my office much.  Picture of the day will AGAIN be the first picture someone emails me and wants posted - it will be the picture of the weekend (only if it's in good taste) - so SEND ME YOUR PICTURE!  Wilson picture is the same as yesterday...and lastly, my proudest thing of the day....

The MP3(s) of the day, we will have 2 of them.  One of them reminds us all (when I say "us all" - i really mean yort, schweers, hart, wilson, mule, nutz, and ogc) of freshman year in the dorms.  At any given time we were in Hart & Wilson's dorm room - oh in the southeast corner of the 5th floor of Larch, this song (or ginuine's ride my pony) would be playing (unless they were playing that damn los umbrellos song that we all hated).  So yes, I present to you, 20 Fingers - Choke My Chicken.  Man that song is funny! (go to the MP3 page to find it - http://www.fleetmack.com/MP3.htm)   A bonus comedy MPEG of the week will be a Special Ed Crank Yankers call - also on the MP3 page.  Actually, now that I think about it, that damn commercial I put up here sucked up a TON of transfer, I think I'll wait until June to post the crank yankers.

Until then - have a great weekend!  And - SIGN MY GUESTBOOK!

May 22, 2003

What up fools, nimrods, knumbskulls, twerps, losers, imbosils, dorks, pedophiles, perverts, dweebs, geeks, pussies, and myself.  How goes today?  It's a great day in lovely Colorado today.  Should be in the 80s again today and the sun is shining, the new Deftones CD is playing, I'm caught up on sleep, have worked out every day this week, ran twice this week, and had breakfast every morning.  I'm keeping very busy at work, getting the guestbook filled (hint hint), winning in fantasy baseball this week, keeping my face cleanly shaven, only thing shady is my (pretty close to) straight month of waking up to nightmares every night is still consistent.  Whatever, I'll live.   Happy being single and having no worries, able to spend my money on getting out of debt instead of eating out with a girl 3 times a week and picking up the check, you betcha.  What better song to be listening to right now? (see above)

I won the first season of South Park on DVD on ebay for $15 bones (i think), so that's pretty sweet.  I think I'll wait a few weeks to get the second season so I can get it at around $20 or so, they're going upwards of $30-33 these days on ebay, way too much ;o)  I'm screwed.  I have to buy 10+ seasons of the simpsons on DVD, 7+ seasons of south park, and when they come out - I'll be forced to buy all the crank yankers episodes on DVD as well.  These funkers sure know how to steal my ca$h.

Speaking of Ca$h - check out Herbert Kornfeld's new article in the onion - man that "guy" cracks me up.

Well, it's about time for a new MP3 and Wilson picture, so today - I present you with a song from the new deftones CD!   Here I give you their current single - Minerva.  Allow me to say this for all you people who think the Deftones are thrash metal hyper freaks, they're not.  Look at them in the picture above, they're not that harsh are they?  Give 'em a try! Chino's voice flat out rules - probably my favorite singing voice in all of music (besides Johnny Cash), their lyrics, well - I'll admit, I don't understand most of them and have to read them from the little booklet things, but they're pretty sweet.  Give them a chance, don't think all their songs sound like this little clip from 7 words.  And as the quote of the day read earlier this week, from Maxim Magazine, they even say (when speaking of metallica, limp bizkit, and linkin park) - "The Deftones are way too good to be hagning out with these pud-whackers".  'nuff said.

As for the Wilson picture, well, it looks like today's picture will be of Mr. Wilson passed out behind the DJ booth at The Zone in Ames.  Picture of the day will be, hmmmm, the first picture someone emails me and requests to be picture of the day (Yort won already at 9:52am MST).  Regardless of if it's on my site or not, email me a picture and it will be picture of the day.

Yup - heading back to Carroll for a short weekend.  I registered for the bolder Boulder last night, so it's official, I will be leaving Carroll Sunday morning so I can get some rest for my run.   And lastly, Jobless Jimmy is giving away his underwear this week.  He gave away his car last week (honestly, he did) so go there and try to win some undies!  He's also buying a BMW, man that guy cracks me up, just like Herbert Kornfeld.  Have a great Slursday, and if you're bored - it's $1 beers at the Giggling Grizzly tonight.(wow, didn't know they had a website)

May 21, 2003

Hello, boring night last night.  Worked out until around 7 or so, then went to best buy to get the new Deftones CD (I'll have my review later this week), went home, cooked and did laundry.  Exciting huh?  But I did get to watch some of the X-Games, south park, and Crank Yankers.  YAY!  I WATCHED CRANK YANKERS YAY YAY YAY!!!!  Here's a cool sound clip for when you get email - I'VE GOT MAIL YAY!! YAY I'VE GOT MAIL!  That show rules, especially Special Ed.

Wow, we're at 1050 downloads of the commercial on the main page, that's unheard of in just a week!

You've Got to love this star wars kid...I may have posted this before, not sure, if I have - it's worth a second time around.

So yes, as afforementioned, I bought the new Deftones CD yesterday, I like it so far but will not give my full review until I've listened to it several more times.    Have I mentioned I have a guestbook?  Sign it already!  Ok, I know you're getting sick of hearing about that, after I get 100 entries I'll stop bugging you.   I'm at 50 something right now, and if you put in like 20 entries, I will delete them, most likely.

Wilson picture is getting an unheard of 3rd straight day, it's just so good! Hell, it's so good it's also going to be the picture of the day.   By the way - the deadline for the WILSON FICTION CONTEST is on Memorial Day - so DO NOT forget to get your entries to me.  The winner gets a copper zippo, pretty cool prize if you ask me.  Regular updates are still up, MP3 of the day will be the same as yesterday - the Deftones - Minus Blindfold.

YAY!

May 20, 2003

Happy Tuesday!  What's up folks?  I'm actually going to take a minute or 3 to update today.  Why you ask?  I don't have a f'n clue.

Went to Old C's last night with Bob to watch the Devils get smoked up on by the Senators.  The Devils are still going to take the cup in my opinion.   Down with the ducks!  As a friend of mine once said, "Do you really want it to say 'Mighty Ducks' on Lord Stanley's cup?"   Hopefully they do the flying-V thing from the movie in the finals, that'd rock.

By the way - THE NEW DEFTONES CD COMES OUT TODAY (hence the encore presentation of yesterday's quote...even Maxim agrees that those other bands suck. woo hoo!)  Go buy it, I'm going to pick it up over lunch today I think.   Andy hooked me up with a Foo Fighters ticket for early June, so I'll be headin' on down to the Fillmore again to check them out, think they're playing with The Special Goodness (no clue who they are) and Pete Yorn, so that should be a decent show to catch.  Then I think I'm going to go up to Boulder to catch Chimaira sometime this summer.  I still will say this - that band (Chimaira) is going to blow up huge.  They'll be the coolest thing to come out of Cleveland since the bone thugs (who were also at the fillmore 2 weeks ago, damn cool venue!)

So yeah, this weekend I'm taking off for good 'ol Carroll, Iowa.   Haven't been there since Christmas so it's time for a visit - and - a wedding.   Have to make the drive back out here on Sunday though because I'm running in the Bolder Boulder on Memorial Day.   You should run it too - 10K ain't that far! A few Riesenbergs and I ran it last year, need to beat my 54 minute time from last year (humph).

So yeah, here I sit in my NEW OFFICE! different pic = NEW OFFICE AGAIN!   Giddy up!

New stuff up - sure.  Picture of the day.   Deftones will be the MP3 of the day to celebrate their new album's release.  Wilson picture will stay the same simply because it's a classic - direct link.

May 19, 2003

Hola todos, how goes it today? I had a relaxing weekend, went to Gov's Park on Friday night, then Saturday I slept all day then went downtown with a few friends, yesterday I maxxed and relaxed (don't ask where those choice of words came from).   Corey - yes, the guestbook is written in PHP, I'll get back to you on that....

This week, very very busy at work.  I'm switching offices today, perhaps I'll even post a picture of my new office, who knows.  I really don't have time to update again today, sorry.  I will put usual updates up, pic - wilson pic (TODAY'S IS SPECTACULAR!), MP3's will be the same today in honor of June Carter Cash.   That's all for now, more later.

May 16, 2003

Today is a very sad day, June Carter Cash has passed.

Ok - caught a quick breather.  In case you haven't noticed, this is how busy I am.  I've been listening to the same CD all week (AIC - Unplugged) - haven't even had time to change my winamp.  But - this email motivated me:

Hey just cuz your busy doesn't mean everyone else is. If you have to get up earlier and update fleetmack.com

So here is your quick little update.  One of our servers at work crashed yesterday, it took out the backup database, the primary domain controller, everyone's email, the print server, the phonathon system, and the Norton AntiVirus server.   Now I know - the PDC and Exchange aren't both on one server, but this server acts as a gateway between the users and the Exchange server.  So we've been out of commission.   I've been busy doing shit work, getting all our users on a new domain (sort of) so their email will work, setting up local temporary print servers on each user's individuatl PC, yadda yadda.  On top of that we have 2 new people starting on Monday that I'm in the process of building machines for.  And that's all stuff I have on top of my list of shitwork to do that I don't want to do.  So yes - I'm busy as fudge these days, if I haven't written you back in an email - this is why.

Last night I took a breather from computers and went to Brittny's place - why do you ask?  Oh - to help her build a website. It's cool though becuase she's really pretty :o)  How 6th grade of me did that sound?  Woo HAH!  Look at me, helping with a grad school assignment.  Maybe I should go back and get my masters - FUNK THAT!

Ok - in an effort to do a few things (a. get someone to agree with me    b. generate more hits for me - only got about 8000 unique visitors this month (the counter on the main page is way off - i'll post stats next week)) go to my guestbook - find the entry from a guy named scott - go to his website (it's linked above the email address - skatz or something like that) - go to his site - look at his friends - and just try to tell me that his friend ashleigh isn't hotter than shit.  just try, i dare you. makes me feel bad she was born in 1985 - how fugging old am i anyways?  sheesh.

Weekend plans include going to Estes Park (if schmirgan ever calls back) - going to gov's park, and maybe hanging out and playing frisbee at Washington park - ok, i made that last one up just so everything could have "park" in it.  But yes - busy fun relaxing weekend in front of me.  I have so much more to say but so much more work to do, so i'm going to call it a day here on fleetmack.com.  I promise mid-week next week we'll get this site up to some form of quality better than it has been lately, until then - enjoy a picture of the weekend (that's what you get for sending me that email Meiners), a wilson picture of the weekend, and ***3 bonus*** mp3s of the weekend (2 in honor of June Carter), and...uhm.  that's about it.  sign the guestbook!

May 15, 2003

Wow, paydays just don't excite me any more.  Must be because I just send the whole check away for bills every week.

Man, Jean-Sebastien Giguere is a beast.  He shut out the Wild for the 3rd game in a row?  This is unheard of.  Maybe he can be our Roy replacement in a few years!

Have quite a few options this weekend.  A friend is throwing a party up at A-Basin on Saturday, so I could go there and drink/snowboard all day.  But I think I'll end up going to Estes Park on Friday Night or Saturday morning to meet up with Juergens and Rachel for the night or somineh (that's how Crystal's Grandma says "something or another")

So so so, the Royals lost again, humph.  MULE IS GOING DOWN THIS WEEK IN FANTASY BALL! (even though he's currently beating me)  What's up with 2 shutouts in one week? that's not fair.  I dropped Brian Jorden and picked up Griffey Jr. last night since he's off the DL - hopefully he'll be productive.  Everett from Texas is my cardholder for this team, man he's a beast

Yup, I'm BUSY AS HELL these days so again, nothing too interesting.  MP3 of the day will be a Slipknot song, picture of the day will be something, not sure what.  I did post a new writing about my current religious stance the other day, check it out if you have time.  Whoever left the Gotte thing in the guestbook, nice work - that had me laughing very good.  It's nice to know people (and goats) from Heaven are even visiting fleetmack!  So yes - sign the guestbook (as if I haven't already told you that).  Take 'er easy - and if she's real easy - take 'er twice.

May 14, 2003

Sorry for the lack of an update yesterday, I was at a conference all day and didn't have a computer by my side, but here I am today, busy as fudge with dirty hands from a bad toner cartridge from a shady 5Si we have in the office.  I have no clue how my fantasy team is doing, I am out of touch with current events right now, all I have for you is this link I got from my Mommy - if you'd like to participate in the memorial thing for Ennis Haywood, go here. (no, it doesn't cost you anything)

So I went to CB & Potts last night for "$2 you-call-it" and had several gin and tonics but never really got my buzz on, kinda odd.  Got home kinda late and got up kinda early.   Had some 2am burritos (so much for no carbs after 6 huh?) and went to bed.   Great times for an exciting life, humph.

I can stare into a thousand eyes, but every smile hides a bold faced lie.   Sorry - random slipknot lyric for you, i believe that's from Diluted.

Hump day is today, woo hoo.  Man, I am not interesting at all today, I'm sorry - I'll update with interesting things later on.  Until then - sign my guestbook (EVERYONE!), look at the picture of the day, check out the new MP3 of the day, look at the new Wilson pic, and come back later.

May 12, 2003

Former Iowa State running back Ennis Haywood, age 23, died yesterday.  Here is the article from ISU's page,  Here is the article from the Des Moines Register.  Please pray for his family.   Let's hope ISU can stay out of the news for awhile now, tragedy is all over Cyclone country.

The weekend went over pretty well.  Was supposed to out with *insert name here* Friday, but she has bronchitis so we just ordered pizza and watched a movie at her place, woke up Saturday to 6" of new snow then watched hockey and went to Carrie's place.  Sunday Kelly and I went up to A-Basin (look how excited I was - I was tired) for awhile then I just cleaned the 'ol apartment, washed Laetitia up (yes, that's a new picture of her taken yesterday on Loveland Pass), and just relaxed.

Hey Schau - sorry my fantasy team whipped the living shyte out of your team this week.  Don't take it personal - I have first place in my mind and I'm on my way!

New pix will be up soon.  New writing is up on my current thoughts...

I don't feel like updating today but usual updates are around, pic of day, new pictures on the picture page, MP3 of the day (don't know what it will be yet), yadda yadda yadda.

Sign the guestbook if you haven't already.  I edited my first ever entry, sorry.

SAVE MIKE HART AND MIKE WILSON FROM HUNGER

GO WILD!  Way to go boys!  Make us Avalanche look good for losing to - I'm hoping you win it all.   Good luck vs. the Ducks and congrats on coming back from 3-1 (series) defecits in your first 2 playoff series in NHL history -  a new record.  Giddy up!   Yup, watched that game last night and talked to Hornick on the phone.  I can't wait until hockey season is over, maybe I'll actually get some sleep when that happens!

Here's a motivational story for you...

Jobless Jimmy is giving his car away this week as a prize, go there and try to win it!  He'll come through - the man sent me a $50 gap certificut once, very very cool site and cool guy if you've never been to his site.

If you haven't seen them yet, check out pix from last weekend - there's some classics in there.

So yeah, got up and went to the bar before work today (it's commencement on campus, so there is an occasion).   Here I sit - it's supposed to snow tonight, typical CO weather.  Weekend plans include a date tonight, no plans tomorrow because I'm broke, then snowboarding at A-Basin Sunday.

I've already got 3 quality entries for contest #4 - the Wilson fiction contest.  The prize is a zippo so be sure to check it out.

Yup, so it's cold and I'm wearing a suit at work again today.  Just thought you'd enjoy knowing that.   I'm very pleased with the way the guestbook is going so far, keep it up!  Dont' be shy - all relatives, friends, 1 time visitors, lovers, haters, ex-girls who hate me, etc....sign it!   I won't edit any of it unless it is an advertisement, so feel free to tell me how much I suck and yadda yadda yadda.

So yeah, picture of the day will be some random picture from last weekned, not sure what yet.  I'll keep Radiohead up all weekend as MP3 of the day.

Email me your weekend plans and I'll tell you if your plans suck or not.  Have a  fantastic weekend!   I'll be around until 5pm MST if you want to write me, I'm caught up!

May 8, 2003

here ya go - contest #4  -  small hint, it involves Wilson

What's up ladies and germs?  Not much new in my world today.  Went to Gov's Park for happy hour last night, that was about it.  Finally got my kickass seahawks money clip!  Check it out!  Man that thing is sweet.

So yeah - hella busy right now.  Sign my guestbook - leave where you're from in there though. SIGN IN!! ALL OF YOU!! IF YOU'VE EMAILED ME BEFORE I WANT TO SEE YOU IN MY GUESTBOOK!!! It makes me feel cool :)

Weekend plans - (weekend starts on Thursday, didn't you know this?).  I'm chillin' at home tonight - need to conserve cash - i'll watch the wild beat up on the canucks tonight hopefully.   I'm taking *insert name I won't tell you here* out on Friday night, chillin' at home Saturday night - again conserving cash, going snowboarding at A-Basin on Sunday.   So that's the weekend in a nutshell.  Oh look at me - i'm in this bloody big nutshell.  oh wait.   Nutshell....AIC song, giddy up.

I'm making no sense.   Pic of the day will be The Renze's and I with the Flaming-Go's at Kinetics.  Did you guys know they were the winnters of the boat race?  Pretty neat huh.  Yup, thought so, I don't care either.  MP3 of the day will be some Radiohead song I will randomly select.  Too bad Ned from south park can't sing it for us "NnNNN what the hell am i doing here  nehhnnennnen".

Bye.  Oh    ... btw... the Wilson picture today is a repeat, but it's a doozey!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SCHWEERS -- here's your present

Ok, so the site was down again last night and this morning - this host is done.  I have registered this morning with a new host and am in the process of converting to a new server, but I will be using this SHITTY old host until I can get all my MySql databases moved over to the new server, could be a week or so, I don't want to lose my guestbook or the chat service I've been working on (not the shady perl one I had running the other day).  So anyways, I again apologize for the downtime, but it is almost over.  I hope Matthew is right, any company THIS shady should be out of business shortly.  bryan@fleetmack.com was active last night but they broke it again.  All @fleetmack.com users should expect an email today explaining the conversion process.  I again apologize for this.   Feel free to join my new boycott of digihosters.com.  Yes, my hits are about at 30% of what they were a month ago, they cost me a part of my audience.  Bastards.   And lastly - I again apologize for not replying to any email for the past 10 days, haven't gotten it yet!  Please continue to use fleetmack@Hotmail.com.

With that out of the way, I bought so much food last night it was insane.   I spent like $90 at the grocery store(s) and saved over $60 with my soopers and safeway cards.  I then cooked 26 chicken breasts and froze them for future use in pasta sauce, chicken & rice, alfredo sauce, etc.   That should last me through summer.  I just stocked up on everything last night.  You couldn't fit a piece of string in my freezer right now, it's so nice.  Other than that, just watched X-Men on FX last night, that was about it.

I pulled a muscle in my shoulder yesterday doing decline, it sucked.   I finished my workout but last night it was sore as hell.  I wasn't even doing that much weight really, 225 to be exact, but I should be able to handle sets of that on decline!!   So yeah, taking the day off from the gym today.  Going to Gov's park after work tonight, then home to sleep.  I am so broke, it'll probably be that way until mid-summer....probably mid-fall.  Hell, until I move out of my apartment I currently live in, I'll be broke.  Man it was dumb of me to move into that place.

Anyways, enough babbling today.  Pic of the day will be me with Shawn and Jim of Stone Sour. MP3 of the day will be...uhm...I don't know.  The first person to email me (fleetmack@hotmail.com) with a suggestion for MP3 of the day will get that MP3 posted (unless it's DMB or cranberries, then - fat chance).   Wilson pic updated.  That's all.  Later.

Now THAT'S a picture for you!  Iowa State's very own Seneca Wallace in a Seahawk helmet.  Giddy up!

Everyone's @fleetmack.com email address should be up and running now (except mine, how odd).   It looks like I have 6 megs of email in my inbox, but I cannot access it yet, so perhaps all email is not yet lost.  Anyways, since it's all up and running the webmail link has been fixed - and you now have 2 choices of service to use for webmail.  Enjoy!   Also - I now have unlimited email accounts, so if you'd like an @fleetmack.com addy, let me know.

New internal (fleetmack.com only) search engine!

Well, it's official - we've lost our coach.  I'll be the first to say that I'm sorry to see Mr. Eustachy go, I think he was a fantastic coach.  I think he's a very big man,  not many people realize this, but he stepped up long before these photos we're made public and checked himself into treatment.  This will be for the best, it won't tarnish our school's rep too much and Larry will have a much more positive life ahead of him.  I wish him the best of luck in everything he has in his near future.  GO CYCLONES AND GOOD LUCK LARRY!

New stuff is all around ..... pictures from the weekend are all up - about 100 new ones ....also.... keep on signing the guestbook! - if you haven't yet signed it, today is your day!   Today's pic of the day will be a funny pic from kinetics - enjoy.  MP3 of the day will be Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here (by request).  And perhaps a new Wilson picture, but it could be a repeat, we don't really know.

GO DUCKS!  Holy cow, they've knocked off the Wings and the Stars - the #1 and #2 teams, very impressive.  Go WILD!  If they knock off the Canucks we'll have Wild vs. Ducks and Devils vs. Senators.   The East was a little more predictible than the West this year, eh?   So yeah, last night was me "watching" the Senators/Flyers game and all that jazz, then going to bed at 8:30.  THE ROYALS WON AGAIN!   11-0 at home, way to go boys.  I'm cheering on MacDougal, Ibanez, and Mayne - all fantasy team members.  By the way - my fantasy team is in dead last place.  Here is my team:

Happy Cinco de Mayo!

So yes, I'm back - kickass weekend by the way, man it was good.   First thing's first - sorry about the site the last week, we should be good to go from now on.  Thanks to Ross (admin of Rozzwell.com) for your help with the uploads last week.  My email is still having issues, if you sent me email to bryan@fleetmack.com since last Thursday, I probably didn't get it - nothing personal, but you can feel free to resend anything, it's not back up and running yet - so until then - use fleetmack@hotmail.com.  Man this is annoying.   ---it is official - if you emailed me between 4pm on thursday and now, i didn't get the email, sorry.

So yes, the weekened ruled.  Buck, Ryan, and Matthew were out here.   I could talk paragraphs and paragraphs about it, but let's let the pictures tell the story.  There's about 100 (literally) new pictures on the newpix page from Kinetics (which by the way, are some of the funniest pictures I've ever taken), the bars, and meeting PM5K and Stone Sour band members after the show last night.   Matthew and I were front and center for the whole show, it was awesome, I was drenched in sweat, but as I said - pictures can tell the tale.  Kinetics flat out ruled, oh the stories I could tell - but am not.

Stone Sour, as always, put on a smokeass show.  I didn't lose any teeth or anything, they played some unreleasted material, and I got to meet Jim and Shawn after the show.  I've gotta say, one of my favorite points of the show was that at separate points in the show, both Spider and Corey (those are both pix we took last night) both made fun of Good Charlotte and Avril Lavigne for being shitty.  I didn't even know these guys held the same stance as me on "punk" music, but they just slammed the hell out of them all, I'll slowly be posting some quotes as quote of the day.  Another highlight - Corey is talking about some bar in Denver and Renze screams out "The House of Bricks?" while holding up the fleetmack.com sign - and corey just looks at us, laughs, and says "That shithole is in Des Moines you fucking ass".  I think the whole crowd was like "What the?" but we got the joke.  Stone Sour Fleetmack.com endorsement makes yet another appearance.

Anyways, picture of the day will be Corey singing on stage - yes, we took this picture personally.  MP3 of the day will be in the spirit of Cinco de Mayo. The guestbook is doing pretty well so far, but keep adding entries if you haven't already!  Have a great week.

I would first off like to ask you to continue your prayers for my friends in need right now, this is still a horrible time.

Sign my new guestbook!  I don't care if I know you or not, regardless of if you email me or not, or if you're already on the feedback page or not - sign the damn thing, that's why I put it there!   You can even upload your picture to my site if you want.  I could care less if you put your email on there or not, but PLEASE PUT WHERE YOU'RE FROM!

This is the last chance the hosting company will get, next time this happens I'm switching to Deerfield hosting.

All the old pictures have been restored (except Vail and A-Basin snowboarding pictures).  This includes Wendl's bachelor party and Opening Day at Coors Field (and the bars) They are on the pictures page (via drop-down box) and newpix page.

So this weekend is going to flat out rule.  The 2 Renzes (Matthew and Ryan) and Buck (Brayton Sehnert) are coming to visit this weekend.  We're going to hit up Gov's Park for happy hour tonight, then bright and early tomorrow we're heading up to the beach in Boulder for Kinetics. Big Bad Voodoo Daddy will be playing up there, so that should be pretty cool.    Saturday night we'll chill, maybe hit the Boulder Bars and pick up some CU women ;o)

Sunday is the big day, BIG day.  Rikelle's baby shower/kegger/barbecue is during day then we'll head on downtown for INFEST!  Powerman 5000 (Rob Zombie's brother's band) has always been a favorite of mine, but I could care less that they're playing.  I get to see Stone Sour for the second time in 6 months, man I'm pumped for that.  They're so damn good it's unreal.  Hell - they're getting their picture put up before the date (above) again today, but you probably already saw that.

MP3 of the day will be Stone Sour - Orchids, fabulous song.  Picture of the day will be Corey Taylor, lead singer of Stone Sour, endorsing fleetmack.com (I know it's been pic of the day like 20 times but I don't really give a shyte)  The new rant is permanently lost, it will not be reposted unless I get really bored and re-write it, fat chance.  The latest Wilson story has been restored (Thanks Matthew) and the Wilson pictures, well - let's talk about that for a second.  The hosting company lost most of them in the crash so I had to renumber them.  Over the course of the next month there will be repeats of Wilson pix, but I don't care, so put up with it.  So today I present to you a new Wilson picture - or is it?

Have a great weekend!

May 1, 2003

Hello, so this website thing is bugging me.  I can't believe they don't have backups of my site, how pathetic is that?  What kind of professional IT business does NOT run backups?  April news is lost, feedbacks are lost, pictures are gone, and a whole bunch of Wilson pix are gone.  Luckily I back the site up ON MY OWN or we'd be back at phase 1 of fleetmack.com.  Remember those sorry days 2ish years ago when I launched this?  Wow, we've come a long way. Sheesh.   My chat program was working fine all day but crashed around 2:00p.m. MST, so it doesn't work and I can't figure it out.   That was my attempt at using PERL - we're going back to PHP and seeing what I can figure out there, it'll be a few days.

KEEP EUSTACHY!!  How can the 19 year olds drinking in the pictures not get busted for underage drinking, but the sole of-age man drinking is the one who gets in trouble?  Do you really believe what some drunk 19 year old girl says that Larry said?  No - I never cheat on girls I'm seeing, but I'll still tell a girl she's pretty.  Now they're saying he asked for a "Clinton" form one of them?   That's total crap, they're just trying to stretch the story.  This is getting ridiculous.

Have I mentioned to you how many (about 800 - ok, that was exaggerated) people have stolen the exact format/style of my site/writings for their own?   Pathetic, perhaps I will post some links some day to prove this to you.....we'll leave something for another day.

I will try to get opening day pictures and bachelor party pictures back up by the weeks end, same with snowboarding pictures.  The Wilson archive needs a ton of work and I lost the most recent Wilson story, I'll work on that today by digging through my inbox.  Man this sucks, if this ever happens again I think I'm just going to quit fleetmack.  This is way too much work getting it back up to par.  I worked on fixing things from home for about 3 hours last night, not fun.  But the picture pages are all back in tact, while I was at it I put up a few new high school pictures from the lovely year of 1996 - they're on the new pix page.   The drop-down box will now only appear on the main pictures page, you'll be able to figure it out.  Damn frontpage extentions on this linux server are all hosed.

Here are my results from the Cherry Creek Sneak - man I suck.  That's what I get for running like 5 times since September before I run a 5 mile race.  I promise I'll cut at least a minute per mile by the Bolder Boulder (Memorial Day 10K):

Place Place in Gender Bib First Name Last Name Gender Winning Time for Gender Pace
2606 of 5878 1633 of 2580 6146 Bryan Mack M 25:06 9:29

Anyways - here's your new stuff for today.  Picture of the day will be me finishing last year's Bolder Boulder just because I'm in a running mood right now (ran before work this morning).  MP3 of the day will, by request, and yes - again, be Johnny Cash - Hurt.  Wilson page won't be updated until I get it fixed.  Chat services will be down for a few weeks as I don't have the time to do any PHP right now.

I'll try to get some new pix posted for you today as well, until then you can check out pix from the For Love and Money show last weekend in Des Moines - go to www.flmband.com to see those.  3 DAYS UNTIL THE STONE SOUR CONCERT (yes, the host deleted my php code with the countdown I used to have at the top of the page and I'm entirely too lazy to rewrite it.)
