PAYDAY!! Whew, I needed that one bad.

Had a pretty good weekend topped off with a relaxing and worthless Sunday.  I took off straight from work on Friday and headed up to the campsite, got there around 8:00.  We went through 2 kegs of Buffalo Gold, several cases of beer, and several bottles of delicious liquor.  We did some hiking, listened to some deftones, played some football and wiffelball, didn't sleep much, didn't eat enough, built a "bridge" across the water, apparently got rained on, got solicited for steroids by some dorks who randomly came to our campsite, and a whole bunch of other stuff you can't know about :)  But, you know how this site works by now, go to the newpix page and check out how much fun we had.

Today ruled, I haven't done anything but shower and laundry.  I've just been chillin' all day.  This picture basically sums up my day.  We got a great DVD going on the tele, read the new SI and playboy, had a White Russian or three just like Jeffrey Lebowski, and ripped the rest of Rikelle's cds.  Hell, I was even bored and wrote a very boring stupid thing, but at least Kim will appreciate it since she bitches at me every day for not putting more stuff on this site ;o)

So how do you like the forums?  You better start using those damn things more or I'm going to flat out take them away.  If it's true that over 20,000 different people come here a month (which it is) I want to see AT LEAST 300 of you using this regularly.  I could care less what you talk about on there - you do realize you can start your own rooms and stuff right?  You do realize you can post your own polls?  Use this!  Yort - I want to see you start a "Where should Troy eat today?" poll like we discussed the other day.  I can't guarantee you that any more than 2 people will vote on it, but it's worth a shot!  On a similar note, if 20,000 monthly visitors are coming here, more than 75 of you should sign the guestbook (given that the total time it's been up not counting dead-time is like 30 days)

Picture of the day will be a group picture we took while hiking around the mountains our campsite was in this weekend.  We saw a moose too, that was pretty cool.  MP3 of the day will be something from the Bloodhound Gang, they're my group of the moment, they crack me up. I'm sure I'll probably update the Wilson picture as well. BTW - I'm running VERY VERY VERY low on Wilson pictures (nudge nudge).  Can anyone hook me up? Thanks, I thought you could.

Should be a cool week.  I have Friday off (durr) for the 4th and we'll probably get out early for work on Thursday.  I don't think I'm going to attend the Blues Traveler concert on Friday, but Cori arrives Tuesday.  It's always a good time when the sister is in town.  May go watch fireworks either at Invesco Field or on Towns' roof downtown.  One of Josh's friends is having a huge kegger that he's renting porta-potties for, I thought that was pretty f**kin' funny.  Ok, I'm sick of typing.  good night...er....good morning and have a great week.

June 27, 2003

It's 3:14 in the morning.  Laetitia is parked in a the first parking spot closest to my window, and luckily my window is open.  She begins to chirp slightly - the sign that her alarm is about to go off, for some reason, this wakes me.   I get up, grab my glasses and look out the window.  I see some fucker open my driver-side door as Laetitia's alarm starts blaring very very loudly, I grab my baseball bat I got at a garage sale for $3 and my cell phone and sprint down the stairs in my boxers towards my car.  I see a guy in a mini-van who is with the guy trying to get into my car.  I run towards his mini-van and swing the bat at his rear-view mirror, knocking it off.  I take another swing and shatter his passenger window, I now run for Laetitia as the man is now unhooking my battery so the alarm will shut off.  I swing at his knees dropping him to the ground.  I run for my cell phone that I dropped when I knocked off the guy's rear-view mirror.  I dial 911 and quickly state my address.  The guy in the minivan is trying to get out of his car, I hit him across his left side with the baseball bat dropping him down to the ground.  I rush back over to Laetitia and the fool laying on the ground and swing at him again.  Nobody fucks with my car, nobody.   The cops show up about 5 minutes later as I'm standing over the man with a baseball bat - he was aware that if he tried to move, I'd swing for his face, and I would have.  The cops show up and haul them away.   Then I wake up.  Man that was a great dream last night.

Usual updates are up, have a great weekend, enjoy the forums and the guestbook, I'll be camping.  Be safe this weekend, everyone :o)

June 26, 2003

Whew!!!

So I found earlier tonight that my apartment complex knows about my retreat at westcliff article, I thought that was pretty funny.  I went in to pick up a package and the lady says to me "so you're the guy who wrote that nice article about us".  Apparently they've gotten calls from people inquiring about that whole story, I thought it was hilarious.  Vivian's bitchiness is finally costing them customers like it should, I'm so proud of me :o)  I've finally found a great use for this site!

Here is why I am not hosting more than 1 mp3 at a time any more, it was getting ridiculous back in like december when I got about 6000 downloads for stone sour, now we're down to the high-teens for downloads most days for 1 song a day, much better.

Ok, I swore I would hold off until all the tweaking to the code is done, but I really don't want to wait - I present to you - FLEETFORUMS!!!!!!  Got my database set up and all that who-rah.  Go use this, it's a great application, and no - I didn't write it - I tweaked it.  Speaking of tweak, I think I'll find a tweek picture (south park) in the morning and slap it up by the date. Tweek = AHHH!

But no - back to the forums - USE THEM!!  I don't care if I don't know you, hell - I prefer that.  I didn't put this up so a few people would use it, I want this thing to take my site to another level....so just post anything and everything you can find.  You cannot yet upload pictures, but I'll have that fixed shortly.   Just go register and post something, this thing is going to rule.

Picture of the day is what I will now come home to every night, ahhhh.  (no, it's not Laetitia Casta or Brooke Burke :(  )

MP3 of the day will be some form of music. Wilson picture shall remain the same.  Adios todos - enjoy the forums, SIGN THE GUESTBOOK!!

--a.m. addition - to whoever tried to sign my guestbook at 9:56 last night (mountain time) i'm sorry, my database was down for a short while..you can try again.

June 25, 2003

Oops, acidentally deleted June 23rd's news from the archives, so quickly - thanks to those of you who clicked my retreat at westcliff link, it's back to #1 on google.  Also, there's some pix up of this past weekend on the new pix page.  Also, last week I put 3 things up on the opinion page, so go read them if you'd like.

HAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA, I am laughing at 34 of you.  34 of you actually thought I posted a dmb song yesterday and downloaded it.  whaaa ahahahahahahhahaa.   it was really a rammstein song, i just changed the file name to dmb_crash.mp3    HAHAHAHHA, fooled you fooled you, i made you download german heavy metal.   you are now a rammstein fan and you know it...waaaa hahahahhahaha.  i'm crying i think it's so funny.   ok, it's not that funny.  but did you really think that I would post dave matthews on this site?  I think not.  But, to keep up with my promise, I won't bash him or you for liking him.  I just think it's funny that you all know he's one of my mortal enemies and I'd endorse his stuff, I think not....waaa hahahhahahahahhahahahahahah.  ok, i'm done with that now.

I didn't do anything last night again, it ruled.  I watched the AFI tribute to Robert DiNero the other day, that was pretty cool, man he rules.  I, uhm, hmmm, ran 2 miles with 5 pound dumbells the other day, that was a first.  Today I'm going to try 3 miles with 5lb dumbells.  That'll be tough.  You'd be surprised just how damn heavy those things get. I think I sprained my wrist, maybe worse, so I'm holding off on lifting for awhile.  Not sure what I did to it, it hurt last week while benching, then while rafting this weekend I realized it still hurt as I tried to get back on the raft, then I tried to bench on Monday and OUCH! It hurts!  So no lifting for awhile, just running for now.

Man, this song I'm listening to right now sucks balls.  Mp3 of the day will be something new, but I haven't decided yet.  I'll give you a new Wilson picture and new picture of the day as well.  The pic of the day is my personal favorite picture I own (no, not the Corey Taylor endorsing fleetmack picture, that's a close second...followed by that notorious picture I took in Miami that few have seen ;o) )  A new contest is also in the works, this'll be a summer-long contest similar to the first contest, but not really, so prepare.......

BTW, new addition - I don't reply to all emails anymore, pretty much, but now if you put "i don't want a reply" like some dipshit did last week, I won't waste my time replying anyways.  But, if you don't specifically say "i don't want a reply", you can expect one.  This dipshit just had to ruin it for all of us.  What a doom-oz.

June 24, 2003

Perdy busy AGAIN today, gotta hop to it and don't have time to update really...sorry...I promise this'll get better soon.  Until then, check out the new shitty logo I made for the guestbook.  Also - YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE what I posted for MP3 of the day today, shocking for all I know, but go check it out.  I'll also put up a new picture of the day.

Guess we'll allow this guy to get a ring this year as well.

June 20, 2003

Very busy this will be quick.  Typical update as fast as possible.   Last night - went and hung out with Rikelle and Ethan.  Today = working then chillin'.  Tomorrow = rafting with Shaun, Justin, Kelly, and Leah.  Sunday = chillin' by the pool.  Giddy up. Have a great weekend. If I get un-busy at all today, I'll update more, until then - sign the guestbook and enjoy the MP3.

Here ya go, a couple of new (to me) sites on the web other than mine are actually link worthy LINKS PAGE - enjoy.

June 19, 2003

Wow, Tyler called me at 6:15 this morning - he was in Denver, quite weird.

This'll be real quick and short, I'm allowing myself to do some quick updates today, real quick.

First off - Much thanks to Sarah Jameson for helping me fix the guestbook.   It's back up and running now, but I haven't yet tweaked it back to allow pictures to upload yet.  So go sign it, but your pictures won't work.

Still havne't had time to read any emails I've gotten since like Monday night, so don't worry - I'll get around to it eventually.

I'll put up a new wilson picture, picture of the day, and MP3 as well (I even made a small sound clip last night).  Also there was new opinion things put up the other day.

Sorry 'bout the lack of updates this week, I'm busy as hell. Late.

June 18, 2003

6:37 P.M. - HOLY SHIT!! Sarah Jameson (josh's sister) rules!  My guestbook works again, go sign it.   I still have to tweak some of the php to get pictures to upload again, got a ton of code pointing to my old host's site again...blah blah.  I'll fix it when I have time, but yeah - mucho props to Sarah for helping me out.  ROCK ON!!!  I'll be busy again tomorrow so probably won't update this again, sorry - you can count on MAJOR updates next week.  I'll try to reply to emails before the weekend, but no guarantees, my inbox is getting bombarded.  Take 'er easy.

If anyone's good at art and wants to design a new logo for the guestbook page (it'd go where that damn "powered by php" temp thing is at) - design it for me.  But please, cool shit only.  I'd prefer it to be a .gif so I don't have to adjust more code.  Yup. Thanks in advance if anyone's interested.  I apparently lost my old one with the old site.  Dammit.

Going to be awhile before a new update, way too busy, sorry.

June 17, 2003

Sorry, I don't have time to update today..until then....enjoy the predictions of a smart man.  Nothing updated today, sorry.  Also - go check out my crackhead picture with Josh and Eyan from last Thursday night on the denvermix.com.  Just go to photo gallery and check out how the Giggling Grizzly was last thursday, you'll see my crackhead ass.

By the way, I'm going to share my current running plan with you right now just so I can self-motivate myself to run faster so I can meet my ultimate goal.   Last night I ran 2 miles in just under 14:30 (just under 7:15/mile).  My next goal is to be able to run 3 times @ 7:15/mile  (I did bolder boulder in like 7:35).   Ultimately, I'd like to be at 6 miles in under 7:15 by the end of July.  Next goal is to be able to run 14 miles in one setting at 9:00/mile by the end of August.   After that, is to be able to complete 22 miles by the end of September at any given pace.  And lastly - October, hopefully, will be marathon time.  Giddy up.

June 16, 2003

Oh man, now that was a weekend I needed.  I did nothing, sorta.  Friday I ordered pizza, rented the new Bond DVD, and sat on my couch alone eating pizza, watching movies, and playing the guitar.  Saturday, slept in until 9:30 (late for me), got a BUNCH of running around done, fell asleep by the pool (Rule #12 in life, don't fall asleep by the pool) (nice tan line, huh?), then went down to Scandrett's place in Aurora/Parker for a BBQ.  Yesterday I slept in unitl 9'er again, cooked breakfast, sat by the pool a few more hours, changed Laetitia's oil, played the guitar, and did a ton of writing.  Oh man - SO RELAXING WEEKEND!!! So inexpensive and relaxing, it ruled so much!  Next weekend is White Water Rafting down at the Royal Gorge.  Bummer, it's supposed to be in the mid-80's this weekend, perfect weather :o)

By the way - that Bond movie was pretty funny, just an FYI.  It's not as good as the other Pierce Bronson 007 flicks, but still pretty cool, as usual.  I usually just laugh through the whole movie.

The RANTS page is no longer, it is now called the OPINION page...and it has 3 new postings up today.  Enjoy.

Check out how much my fantasy team kicked ass last week - man the fleebs are on their way up! (I'm the fairfield fleebs)

So yeah, very busy week ahead of me, very busy.  I transferred all my balances to YET ANOTHER citibank card last week :o)  So I'm sitting at about $1500 credit card debt with 0% interest until June of 2004.  But instead of paying that off immediately, I think I'm going to buy a big-screen TV and new bike.  Good idea huh?

So it's time for a new MP3 today, don't know what to put up yet though.  We'll see.  Same with picture of the day. New humorous Wilson picture is up as well.

Have a nice day.

        June 13, 2003

Friday the 13th...beware.

Congrats to Peter Forsberg, the MVP of the NHL received the Hart Trophy last night.  At least the Av's got some glory this year!

Went out for Josh's b-day last night, we went out to eat with a group of us then went down to giggz, I didn't drink and called it a somewhat early night.   Yup.  Looking forward to a chill weekend.  Not going out 2nite, 2nite is "Mack rents DVDs and falls asleep on the couch at 9pm" night.  Tomorrow I'm going to do some stufferoos then go to Scandrett's place down by Parker for a BBQ.   Sunday I think I'm going to go see Rikelle and Ethan.   So this weekned will be a money saver.  The next 2 weekends - giddy up!   White Water rafting with Shaun, Justin, Kelly, and Leah is next weekend.   Weekend after that is the big camping trip up northwest of Ft. Collins.   Weekend after that is the 4th of July.  Oh man, let the summer begin!   WOO HOO!

How ya like this?  This article claims A-Basin to be open until July 6!! Perhaps I shall go snowboarding on Sunday...dunno.

2 cool things.
1) hockey is over.  that means less drinking for me (yeah, right) and more money saved at the bar!  Also, I was able to downgrade my dish network package back to the basic 50 channels since I don't need Fox Sports for Avalanche games anymore.  Man Dish Network rocks so much. So my cable (dish) bill is back down to $23/month. Giddy up.   2) I got notice that my car insurance went down!  I've never ranted about my car insurance before and I really should.  I have a perfect driving record, 0 tickets in my 8+ years of driving.  I have a 4 door sedan (Laetitia :) ) with 140,000 miles on it.  How much do I pay for insurance?  Well, a year ago I was paying $145/month.  Then State Farm raised my rates so I switched to Allstate.  They dropped me down to $120/month.  Now, the WONDERFUL state of Colorado passed a bill, this rocks.  You don't need PIP coverage in CO anymore becuase your health insurance already covers it.  So as of July 1, my insurance will be down to a whopping $98/month!  Woo Hoo!  Then I turn 25 in 6 months so it'll go down again.   Given that if I lived in Iowa my insurance would be like $50/month right now or something probably, but man - that rocks.  savings everywhere!

So yeah, have yourself a fantastic weekend.  New stuff will be ALL OVER next week.  Also, I've had SEVERAL reports of this site being down for awhile.   If this is the case still, let me know.  I've got it set up so I can restore this site to a different host within a matter of minutes if need be.  Yup.  Have a great weekend!  I'll put more stuff  up this afternoon.   Until then, enjoy the usual updates...picture, wilson, but MP3 will be Audioslave all weekend.   No sound clip.  Take care.

June 12, 2003

Happy Birthday Josh! Closer to 30 than you are to 20 huh? That's funny shit you old bastard.  Email Josh and tell him happy birthday. (who cares if you know him or not, just tell the man happy birthday!)  Here's a pic of Josh and Dunner

Happy belated-birthday as well Mols - (yesterday), I'm a slacker and waited a day to post this for you.  Send her a belated birthday email if you wish to, again, I don't care if you don't know her. SEND HER BIRTHDAY WISHES!  Here's a picture of her.

Sweet - another victory for Men over Dogs  We won't stop until they're all gone.

Whaddup, no update yesterday, I had a service to attend so wasn't at the computer all day.  We went to the service then chilled over at Josh's place for awhile, then headed on over to Ruby Tuesday's then to BW3's for the basketball game and $0.50 chicken legs...giddy up.

So things are looking up these days hopefully.  Went and met Riki's son the other night - so picture of the day will be Riki with her son, Ethan.

Who knew a man who owned a goat would be up to this?

I don't really feel like updating this thing today, and don't really have the time either.  MP3 today is Audioslave.   I'll try to come up with something better tomorrow.

Random stat: We're at 6222 unique visitors so far in June, that's with a total of 7469 visits, and we're just under 70,000 hits this month - not half bad I suppose.  That's on pace to reach about 18,000 unique visitors - which would be about exactly what I had last month.

June 10, 2003

DEVILS WIN THE CUP!!  Congrats!  Not many people were cheering for them in the bar besides for Josh, Bob and I - but what can ya do?
2 things that sucked about that game.  1) When the game was over the stadium played Bon Jovi - It's My Life.  How lame is that for a hockey crowd?  Given that Bon Jovi is from Jersey, but man - lame.  Then they had that gay ass marriage proposal thing for the Ducks fans who were only going to get married if the Ducks won or something - yeah right.  That was lame.  Trying to turn the NHL into a reality tv show, give me a frickin' break.

Yup, so I got a very "I'm uninterested" email from Coors Light girl yesterday, but I replied and got a very strong response (in my opinion) back late last night, pretty happy about that!  Just for that - we'd better link to her picture again today.

So yeah...not much else new really.  I continue to ask for your prayers for my friend.  MP3 of the day will be a tribute to the New Jersey Devils with Beck - Devil's Haircut.  Picture of the day will most likely exist.  That's about it.  I'm still broke as a joke.  No dinero here.  Adios amigos.

June 9, 2003

Hello, we're back from the weekend, this'll be kinda somber most likely but I'll try to keep you up to par here with the life and times of me.  Had a pretty chill weekend, spent Friday night out with Josh and some other guys trying to keep the mood right, but it was a pretty rough night, all in all, things are getting a bit better I think (and hope)....again...this is not something I'm going to talk about on here at all, just please keep your thoughts and prayers with my friend and his family.

Had a bit of a going-away party type thing for Aja, not really though, just went to a bar or three.  I AGAIN ran into Coors Light Dream Girl.   She was acting like kind of a bitch and really weird, so not really sure what's going on there....email me for further details on that one......the story progresses.... :o/

On a happy note, I get to meet Riki's new son on Tuesday :o) :o) :o)   Did I ever mention to you that she had her child 3 weeks early and he (Ethan) still weighed 8lbs 12oz?  Yeah - big boy!

Went and saw the Royals lose to the Rockies yesterday, that sucked...had pretty good seats though.  After that Maria and I just went and chilled down to Gov's Park for awhile then headed up to Old C's to see the crew....played some guitar....watched some Snatch (the movie you pervert), went to bed, and here I am...tired. Very very tired.

Tonight is the night the Devils wrap this hockey season up - quote of the day today will be from my friend Andy - check it out on the main page.

Picture of the day will be Aja and I doing a shot of SoCo.  MP3 of the day will be Sublime - Rivers of Babylon.  New Wilson picture is up.   A few new random pictures are on the new pix page.  Dont' forget to check out the winning Wilson Fiction contest winner, which is featured as the current Wilson story.

June 6, 2003

Mornin'.   Afternoon.   Evenin'.   Yup.   Have a good weekend.  I'll put up some new stuff, hell, I'll even put up some feedbacks, a new mp3 and new pic of the day.  Take it easy.

Oh yeah - pix of me running the Bolder Boulder are up, I finished the 10K in 47:03, I rule.  I look dumb in those pix but I don't care, they get posted anyways.

June 5, 2003

3 Good things about the Foo Fighters show and 1 thing that sucked, in order that they happened:

1)    You may remember last week when I was at the Rockies game and saw a really hot chick, I was too pussy to talk to her so I just took this picture of her back.  Well ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Exhibit A from last evening.   I now present to you Exhibit B - yes, I'm the man.  Same girl, I rock.  No more details for you, but more will arrive for me I'm sure :)

2)    So Andy and I are standing there, about 3 rows from the front of the stage between the sets of Pete Yorn and Foo Fighters and they're playing some rap shit over the speakers.  I say "What are they playing this shit for?   They need to play some deftones."  Sure enough, about 20 seconds later (no exaggeration), Dai Th Flu starts playing.  Amazing, flat out amazing. For this reason, today's MP3 will be, again, a deftones song.  I look for any excuse to play them don't I?  Even if you don't like them - go there and check out the small sound clip that will play on its own.

3)    The show rocked, it was just a cool ass show.   We were about 3 rows from the front on the lead-guitar player side of the stage (who by the way, was wearing an Iowa Hawkeyes shirt - bastard!)  So yeah, great show

What sucked?  We waited to meet the band for about 2+ hours after the show and they never came out, dumbfucks.  I did get to basically stiff-arm Pete Yorn though, that was kinda weird.  But that's a stupid and uninteresting story.

Yup, that was last night.  I'm FLAT broke right now, shoot.  Ok - time to work, very busy at work.

June 4, 2003

Whassup, went to the Rockies/Indians game last night, didn't have a great female to stare at this time, instead we got this view.   It rained for a bit during the 2nd inning, no biggie.  Andy and I almost got our heads ripped off by a foul ball hit by Todd Helton, if I wasn't such a girl I could have honestly caught it, instead it hit the chairs and the kid sitting directly behind me got it.  Little bastard didn't deserve that ball, he kept saying "I got Tom Helton's ball!"    Given that when I met Helton in a bar 2 years ago I had no clue who he was becuase I didn't watch baseball then either.  Yup, saw homers by Helton, Preston Wilson, and in his first game back this year - Juan Uribe hit 2 dingers, think I'll slap him on the fantasy roster, I need a Rockie on my team this year.   Too bad my boy Teixeira was on the bench last night, he hit one out of the park, dammit.

Got to drive a stick shift Maxima last night, man that makes me want to get Laetitia Jr. (who is already pre-named "Brooke") - meaning - I want a 2002 Accord with a stick shirt, man those rule to drive! Woo Hoo!  Went to $2 "you-call-its" at CB & Potts last night, had a drink or 3 and a round of shots.   Went home and couldn't sleep so I stayed up writing for most of the night, I'm thinking of writing a book, who knows.  So here I sit, all red-eyed and I have a TON of work to do....

Hey Schau - as I told you on the phone last night - Sosa is a cheating scandless little bitch.  Corking his bat, what a fool.  Cheater.  Damn royals dipped under 500, bastards.

Picture of the day is something, not sure yet.  MP3 of the day is something, not sure yet.  Wilson picture is updated.  Guestbook is still broken, but I got rid of all the database access errors, woo hoo!  Time to jet - going to see Foo Fighters 2nite at the Fillmore, yup - sure am.  I need sleep, my apartment is trashed, I'm flat broke - so what do I do?  Concert tonight, bar tomorrow and Friday, and Rockies/Royals on Saturday.  Man I'm mentally incompetent sometimes...ok...all the time.

June 3, 2003

Hello, I'm feeling a bit better today, yup, sure am.  Didn't do too much last night, cooked up some good eats last night than ran in to Old C's to see some people.  I wasn't feeling very well so I took it easy, had 4 or 6 beers I guess, played some megatouch, played the game like FreeCell and the game where you find the difference between 2 pictures, man I suck at that one.

I'm thinking of buying a new boat - check it out.

Any PHP experts - I'm stumped as to why my guestbook doesn't work, I have it configured right and restored the database, I'm just baffeled now, no clue why it don't work.

So yeah, Colorado is Colorado, same old.  Is it going to rain?  Is it going to snow?  Is it going to flash flood?  Nobody knows - but we do know that our damn interstates have huge sinkholes in them.  The Suck-O's cut Brian Griese from the team last night, I could care less.  The Devils lost in OT (dammit).

I've been told I don't put as many random links up anymore.  Today I give you John's TV - Pictures of people in Denver who got busted for prostitution.  Usually pretty classy people!

Tonight I'm going to see the Indians/Rockies game (Interleague, woo hoo!) with Andy then heading up to CB & Potts for $2 you-call-it's, tomorrow is the Foo concert, thursday is giggling grizzley night, friday night is - well - friday night.  Saturday is Aja's going away party thingamajobber, apparently we're going to the Rockies/Royals game (I think I'm going to see the Royals on Sunday too, my team is slipping as of late and they need some extra fans) and just hanging out downtown.  A-Basin got new snow last night (I know, 95 degrees in the city last friday, then monday it snows in the mountains - what gives?!)

MP3 of the day will be Stone Sour, Get Inside, check it....previewed with a clip.   Picture of the day is Mel-A-Noma with Wilson and there's a new Wilson pic on the Wilson page - Gian - I promise I'll send that Zippo one of these days, I'm slackin'.

June 2, 2003

Good Morning, I feel like complete shit today, I'm all pale and everything, pretty nast. Had a pretty good weekend filled with very diverse tasks.  I woke up bright and early on Saturday and drove on up to A-Basin.     I got about 6 or 8 runs in, the snow wasn't bad, but I've gotta say - the coolest thing about snowboarding in June is you can wear shorts and a t-shirt (if you don't fall - luckily I didn't fall all day).  So yeah, took Loveland pass and got Laetitia's picture taken at the continental divide.  Then she and I got pulled over on I70, this was confusing.  Speed limit = 65, I was going like 63...blah blah blah.  I got a warning for an "unsafe vehicle" becuase of my white tail-lights.  Odd eh?  Whatever, the cop was actually pretty cool.

Went camping up northwest of Ft. Collins in the mountains on Saturday night, I think the place was called Red Feathers Lake or something like that, pretty cool - it was basically a prep-camp-trip for the big one we're taking at the end of June, looking forward to that.

Yesterday I rested and chilled by the pool, but I feel like shit today, called in sick this morning but I'm here for the afternoon now, yup.  Still don't feel very well though, may stay home tomorrow if I feel this bad.

Ut oh............................

So yeah, not much else new.  Going to the Indians/Rockies game tomorrow, going to see the Foo Fighters on Wednesday, going to see the Royals/Rockies this weekend, and Aja's going away party is on Saturday, so I'll be keeping busy.

Here's what I do when I'm bored.

New stuff, hmm, I don't feel like changing the MP3 quite yet, I love minus blindfold, so that'll stay - I may not update the pic of the day either, hell - this is all I'm updating today.
