Ok, we're good to go.  TGIF, whew, what a week.

Not much new today, again, humph.  February is tomorrow and we're still in the 60s, this rocks.  I'm obsessed with my music match software.  I put in a cd, do my work, 10 minutes later it's ripped and all the songs are automatically named, this rocks.  I bought a huge hard drive and I'm going to put all 400 of my cds on it ripped, maybe I'll start a completely illegal business - if any of you wants a copy of my hard drive with all my mp3's, just pay me for the hard drive plus like $50 and i'll give you 400 cds - but only if i know you so i don't get in trouble :)  what better deal is that?  400 cd's for $50?? Let's just wait until I'm done.  and i know you're probably like "but all you have is slipknot and shit like that."   not true - whatever cd's i've made for friends in the past i also have - so i have everything from slipknot, to ice cube, to john mayer (humph), to - hell, i even have the stitch and lilo soundtrack.  stop laughing at me.

I need this weekned, payday couldn't have arrived at a better time, rent's due and all that jazz, but i've been doing a good job of building my savings account up so i'm pretty happy with that.  yeah - as you can tell, not much new today.  the picture pages will go back up around 3 or 4 MST today for good - but the MP3 page, well, i'm just not sure what to do with that.  giving out over 6000 MP3's in a month could get me in some legal trouble so we may tone it back to 2 or 3 mp3's a month now, we'll see.

Wanna come to see Jimmy Buffett?  Meiners is thinking about coming here - it's in mid-august, anyone's welcome.  I think I'm going to go see Audioslave in about 3 weeks here, should be cool to see.  Thought for the weekend:  take care of yourself, be safe, and thank God for what He has given you today.  Have a great weekend.

January 30, 2003

Anyone want to go to Aspen on Saturday to watch the X-Games?

Shyte, I'm in a f*&king horrible mood today, please don't ask - honestly.  I'm sorry for the way this site looks lately, this lack of bandwidth is killing me.  I need to get to work.

only read this if you promise to not ask what it's about and promise to not email me about it, it doesn't even make any sense but i wrote it so i'm posting it.

January 29, 2003

What's up, hump day is here - this week is going fast, thankfully, becuase I need payday (friday) VERY badly! Think I'm going to go riding up in keystone or something this weekend, i'll have to send a few emails.  Funny how going snowboarding for the weekend makes it cheap but if I just stay here and hang out I spend a ton - ain't that bass ackwards?

I had the coolest dream ever last night.  Rock on!

As I said late yesterday, I exceeded my bandwidth of 25GB of data transfer for Januray so MP3 page and pictures pages are down until Friday afternoon :o( Friday afternoon is already the first of the month becuase we're on GMT - I think that's   how it works anways.  4:00 PM MST is the beginning of a new day for some reason and i'm too damn lazy to figure out the time zones and where my server is, whatever.

So, in spite of the fact that there will be no more music downloads, I present to you, one week early, the MP3 of the month awards:
1) Stone Sour - Inhale  --  517 downloads
2) Chevelle - The Red  --  483 downloads
3) Stone Sour - Bother --  475 downloads
4) Rupert Holmes - Escape (The Pina Colada Song)  -- 307 downloads
5) Saliva -- Always -- 240 downloads
6) Puddle of Mudd -- She Hates Me -- 206 downloads
7) Stone Sour -- Get Inside -- 182 downloads
8) Nirvana -- You Know You're Right -- 174 downloads
9) System of a Down -- Mr. Jack -- 167 downloads
10) Styx -- Mr. Roboto -- 136 downloads

Yes, we're way up since last month seeing how December's MP3 leader was Eazy E with 71 downloads.  Fleetmack.com is on fire, fire I tell ya.  We need extinguishers.  Ok, I'll shut up now.  I'll put up some new feedbacks and a wilson picture today just to give you something new.  Take it easy.

January 28, 2003

shoot - i exceeded my 25GB of bandwith for the month of january and will start getting charged subsequently - the MP3 page will be down until February 1.

I am sleepy again today so this'll be short.  Hmmm, I'm unsure if I like this album yet or not (Radiohead) - haven't had the chance to listen to it in Laetitia yet, and that's where I really get into my music.  I just chilled last night, got some laundry done, got some cooking done, and got a lot of reading done.   Who ever knew I would get hooked on reading?

I can't think of anything funny to say today, sorry, I'm slacking.   Until then, blah blah blah.

Not much new up today.  I brought in a few classic pictures to scan in, i'll put them on the New Pictures page shortly.  Wilson pic is the same as yesterday, and the MP3's are, as mentioned several times this month, off the hook.  Got about 6000 downloads in January alone.  Yup, sure do.

January 27, 2003

Today is a day.  Monday in fact.  Yes, indeed.  Today is Monday.  Tomorrow will be Tuesday and yesterday was Sunday.  This then makes it true that 2 days ago was Saturday.  As you can tell - I'm in a very strange mood today.  I feel like Tyler Durden, I'm not tired but I'm not awake - I'm in a dazed sense.  But one thing I'm sure of, today is most certainly Monday.  Yes, indeed.   New stuff is around, including new pictures.  Check out the picture of the day, it's what keeps me going day after day.

January 24, 2003

QUIZ TIME!!! Which movie is this from - if anyone knows I'll be amazed.   I laugh my ass off every time I see this, but have never once seen anyone else laugh at this:
(tringle of a tortilla chip sticking out of salsa as a hand moves it in circles wihtin the jar of salsa)
"Salsa Shark."  da-dunt.....da-dunt (jaws music) "Man Goes Into Cage.  Cage Goes Into Salsa.  Shark's in the salsa......our shark."

what movie is it from?

Had a good night last night, a chill night by myself - they rock.   Cooked, cleaned, read, played guitar, worked on some computer programming I need to learn - I'm well on my way.  I'm pretty excited about this weekend - and not even for the Super Bowl.  Don't get me wrong, I hope Tampa Bay beats the living ba-crap out of the raiders (for the simple fact that Bill Romanowski is on the Raiders) and I'll be cheering for that - but I've got other things in mind.   Since the weather is nice (hehehe - almost hit 60 yesterday) I need to work on Laetitia - and we all know how that makes me happy!  I need to replace her headlights and side-lights, change her oil, and as a little treat to her - she's getting new sparkplugs.  That's to celebrate my owning her for 80K miles now.  That's right, we rolled over 131K miles the other day.

Have some other things I'm really excited about that I'm going to get the ball rolling on, not going to discuss those quite yet, but once they're set in stone I'll be a happy camper.  It's going to consume a lot of my time but it's just something cool - we'll talk about it later :)

I made myself bleed from flossing again this morning.  Man that's so cool.  That doesn't mean I'd be into S&M does it?  Because I like it when my teeth get all bloody from shoving floss up into my gums?  Man - there's nothing more refereshing than pain and blood in the teeth.  Think I'm weird? You're right.

Ok, while unique visitors numbers have dropped dramatically (from 250,000 visitors in October to about 11,000 so far this month)  my hits have stayed the same, this rules.  While back in october each person was generating about 1 hit per visit, now I'm averaging about 9 hits per visit.  Plus, Google searches are going berzerk - I've got about 2000 of those.  Just thought I'd share that with you.

For all you MP3 hoggers - this will be the last weekned for any Stone Sour MP3's on the site.  Inhale has gotten about 450 this month alone, Bother's sitting pretty at about 350, and get inside, well - i'm too lazy to look.  But yes - GO BUY THAT ALBUM!!!  If you don't believe how good it is because you say I'm biased, read this review.

New stuff is up as usual.  I'll slap up a few MP3 selections - hell, since I'm taking it away, I'll throw up a stone sour song just for the weekend - i think i'll go with "Take a Number" or "Monolith".  Let me decide.....hmmm.  oh - by the way, the MP3 page no longer has a link on the left of the page - this is intentional.  Just so you know (or if you want to bookmark) - the mp3 page is http://www.fleetmack.com/MP3.htm

Have a great weekend! -- and thanks for the Salsa recipes!

January 23, 2003

If anyone has a good salsa recipe, you know what to do (bryan@fleetmack.com)

So what's new in your lives?  I don't want to type today, anyone who has something interesting in their life today email me and I'll post it.  For instance: let's talk about Mr. Muhlbauer's (aka - Mule) day so far, should we?    Nothing like getting up and working out before work, is there?  Then you go shower, all ready for a great day at work.  Then you realize something - you brought no boxers to the gym.  "Oh well,", Matt says, "I've gone free-ballin' before."  So he gets dressed just to realize there is no belt in the bag either.  So far, he's boxer-less and belt-less.  "Oh well,", Matt says, "I'm wearing a sweater today. I can deal with this."   So while he's dealing with this, his button on his pants pops off -  now we have Mule at work - no boxers, no belt, no button.   Now THAT is comedy!!!  Anyone else having that bad of a day today?

I have almonds stuck between my teeth.  I wish I brought some dental floss with me to work.  I flossed so hard this morning that I bled, that always makes me happy for some reason, who knows.

Damn this techno cd rocks, thanks Nutz for hooking me up with this beast (Ministry of Sound)....I've been addicted for a year and a half now.  Nice like rice.   Ok, I need to get to work - more later.  There's new(er) pix up and new(er) MP3's up and - as always - a new Wilson picture on the Wilson page.  Giddy up.

January 22, 2003

Say it ain't so, Joe!

Man some weird stuff is happening these days.  That's all I got to say about that. IF anyone has a good salsa recipe, you know what to do (bryan@fleetmack.com)

Hereith and Thereith, ye shall find new things on thisith website.

Here's a good piece by maddox on what to do with your junk mail.

Check out mrwilsonland, looks like he has some new pictures up, I also have some new pictures up. Matthew,  Check out your FTP folder, I uploaded those pix to you, I put them in the "downloads" folder for you.

Damn clones need to win a game here pretty soon - this is getting crazy.  I don't feel very good today, the throat is a bit sore and all that who-rah, and for you Iowa folk, I read you have a high of 11 degrees for the next 7 days? WAAA HAHAHAHAHAHA.   I'm sorry to hear that ;o)

January 21, 2003

Had a great weekend, but I'm back to Denver and the warmth. Not so nice out this second, but I guarantee you our 30's and 40's are nicer than the 4 degrees it was on Saturday away from home!

I'll have some new pictures and MP3's up shortly, along with some other stuff, yup.

By the way, let's have some prayers for the whole Laci Peterson thing.  Pray that she and her child are ok and well and that whoever is responsible comes clean or is caught.

If anyone wants to help me find out who big@boss.com is - I'll be very grateful.  I can't trace this guy and he's been slamming me with viruses and stuff at both here and work, and there's a ton of stuff about him online.   This guy needs to go down, and unlike most other douschbags who email me viruses, I can't seem to trace this guy.  From what I do know, he uses Outlook Express 6.0, he has a website hosted by verio.net - and he either attends the University of Chicago or hacks into their system quite frequently.  This guy is going down.  His home computer's name is Westerman and he has some association with focaldata.net, whose site is no longer active.  Here's some stupid worthless information I've gathered on him.  He appears to hack in and send the email from his own machine's email client but finds a hackable IP addy and uses it to block where he's coming from.  YOU'RE GOING DOWN YOU TOOL!!!!

January 17, 2003

Man, we lost - but that was one hell of a hockey game to attend!  We really really got the shaft, but that was a damn good time!  I can almost guarantee you I will never have tickets to that game again as it's probably the hardest ticket of the year, so I had to enjoy it while I could - and I did!

I'll put some new MP3's up today for you.   I'm getting the hell out of Denver for the weekend, I need to.  Every time I leave - good things happen when I get back.   I guess I'm trying to force it this time, but we're officially kicking off my new traveling adventures, the first one is pretty exciting, eh?   smarterliving.com rules.

have a fabu-riffic weekend!  "homer, those aren't even words!"   Snuuuuhhhh. SIMPSONS BACK FOR 2 MORE YEARS!!!

January 16, 2003

Got some plans in the works for the weekend. On one hand - hmmm, LOTS of fresh powder up in the mountains.  Breck got 7" last night - I'd like to check out their super pipe.  Not that I'm any good at that, but you've gotta try new things. "If you're gonna go, go all out"    BUT - on hand #2, I have a 3 day weekned and plane tickets are cheap, thinking of making a journey somewhere......................................we'll see what happens.

Sweet, I'm officially happy - and this ISN'T slamming music at all.    Dave Matthews Grammy Nominations:  1      Corey Taylor Grammy Nominations:  2  (1 for Slipknot's My Plague and one for Stone Sour's Get Inside)

Going to the Av's/Red Wings game tonight with Chris, should be a kickass game to watch.  If you're not much into hockey, just realize that the Av's/Red Wings rivalry is as heated as the Iowa/Iowa State rivalry or the Chiefs/Raiders rivalry - something to that extent.  Yup Yup.

Found out Kenny Chesney is playing this summer up in Greeley, think I'll buy a ticket to go see him as well.  There's some new stuff all around the website.   MP3's are off the hook this month - we're closing in on 3000 downloads in January alone.  I flat out cannot believe how many readers I have in a year - this site is constructed about 80% in frontpage - just shows you how ghetto and basic it is.    And as I remind people (and about 3 people have taken me up on this) - if anyone wants their own website (www.fleetmack.com/~yourname with email  yourname@fleetmack.com available through webmail or outlook express)  just let me know and i can probably hook you up with some space at 0 charge.

NIBB HIGH FOOTBALL RULES!!!!!!!!

January 15, 2003

Payday!   50 degrees and all's well.  Anyone Cold?   not me.  I know I know, I'm a jerk.

Man this song rules, SQUEAL LIKE A PIG!!!!!!!!

I'm either a wussy or getting truly addicted to healthy food.  All I can think about lately is eating one of the following:  tuna fish sandwiches, almonds, yogurt, drinking green tea, broccoli, eggs.....MMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!   man i want some almonds right now, i'm so addicted, whoa...the salt, the almonds, my mouth is watering.

Went to tnl last night, read last night, and ate last night.  I fasted for a couple of days this week, made it right at 50 hours with no food - nice eh?   Yup, I'm kinda busy at work - gotta jett.

Awww, you poor Iowa, Chicago, and Minneapolis people are cold I bet while we're at around 50 degrees again (that weather thing above is wrong and isn't realtime)

I'm lying to you right now - for the second day in a row i'm listening to the deftons' "lifter" but i didn't want the same song on there 2 times in a row, so i put the song that just got over. i bet you really, honestly care don't you?

forgot my zip disk at home, so the new stuff that was supposed to go up today will go up tomorrow.

usual updates

i'm thinking about a trip sometime soon to san diego, and by sometime soon - i mean in early summer, (late May or early June) - anyone up for it?  plane tickets aren't that much.  also - i've decided i want to go to mardi gras again this year.  I'd leave for new orleans (flying) on Friday morning, February 28 and fly back to Denver on Sunday, March 2.  Everyone needs to go there at some time in their life, if we can get 5 or 6 people to go - I'm up for it again.  Since I've moved to Colorado all my trips have been either to Iowa or Kansas City - I'm sick of that.  I've decided to get back into traveling a ton.  WHOO HA!

January 13, 2003

Happy Monday! Had a great weekend, but again, no details for you!  In case you haven't noticed - I'm not listing much of what I do in life on here anymore, if you are upset about this, email me and maybe I'll change it back, but I'm not sure if I like complete strangers knowing anything about me.  If you've been emailing me and you don't know me - trust me, I don't care, and hell, I kind of enjoy it - but the fact that I've had people from New York call my cell phone to say "nice website" and some other weird things have happend - so well, yup.

Man, I'm so addicted to hot herbal green tea right now.  I'm on like my 6th mug since mid-saturday.  Yummy stuff!

How 'bout them Eagles?  Yes I know, I denounced them when Cunningham left, but I'm still pulling for them - they've always been my 2nd favorite team (always meaning for the last 5 or 6 years, before that they were #1).    woo hoo!   terrell owens - bite me.  why don't you cry about getting the hell kicked out of you this weekend a little more?  I bet it's because they didn't pass the ball to you every play - dumbass.

Here's some more random thought's for you - link on rants page.

I have an excellent writing underway, I'll post it later this week, inspired by some things I've read and heard at services lately.  MP3's are off the wall this month - I've had right at 2000  MP3 downloads this month so far, we're on record pace!  Got some kickass snow in the mountains this weekend, I'll have to go riding this weekend for sure - it's Martin Luther King Jr. day on Monday so no work for me next Monday - anyone up for coming to Colorado for a 3 day weekend?  you should be!   Wilson pic and pic of day are updated, yadda yadda yadda.  More later.

January 10, 2003

Seriouisly, now...this guy killed and ate his mom and he only got 30 years?  What does it take to get life in prison?? sheesh.

TGIF, honestly. This has been a really fast and productive week, but I need the weekend for rest. I think I'm coming down with a cold, whatever.   Went to the Av's game last night - we lost, humph.  Then I hung out with a few friends for awhile, was a pretty cool night.

Yup yup.  I've decided to take the stone sour album off of the mp3 page.  i love the band so i can no longer endorse giving their album away, go buy it and give them some money, they deserve it. i'll leave bother and inhale and maybe get inside up for awhile, but no more whole album.  it's totally disrespecting them by me giving their album away after they've made this fantastic music for me.

Big weekend - ok, not really.  I'll probably sit around home and watch football and read.  Jealous are you?  Thought so.

January 9, 2003

Seriouisly, now...this guy killed and ate his mom and he only got 30 years?  What does it take to get life in prison?? sheesh.

Good Morning.  Hopefully we can hit 70 degrees today like we have the past two days.  Have I mentioned that I like stone sour a lot? i just realized that every day this week, that's what I've been listening to.  damn they're good.    i have the whole album posted on the mp3 page, give it a try.

I went to church and did some reading last night.  More on that later.....

Uhm, not much new up today (as usual).  I suppose I'll slap up a new picture of the day and the wilson picture was updated yesterday - Mr. Renze, you're featured in this one.

Uhm, I need to get to work, kinda busy. bye.

January 8, 2003

Happy 1st Birthday to fleetmack.com!!! Easy day to remember - one day after my birthday.  Thanks to everyone who comes here and reads my ramblings and all that fun stuff.  Some new stuff is up here and there - ie - wilson, pix, mp3's, etc - by the way, we're in the midst of a record setting month for hits.  it's the 8th of the month and the song i'm currently listening to (see above) has gotten 104 downloads this month already so has a stronghold in the lead. that's all. bye.

January 7, 2003

Holy shit, I'm 24 today - getting old.  Happy Birthday to me!

My birthday gift to myself is looking at the Seahawks 2003 Schedule - Oh man, they're so going to the super bowl next year.  No tough schedule like this year - to sum it up - 2 games vs. arizona, 2 vs the rams, bengals, lions. vikings, bears, baltimore, washington -- then our "hard" games are against san fran, cleveland, green bay, pittsburgh, and new orleans.  SUPER BOWL BOUND SEAHAWKS IN 2004!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

January 6, 2003

Some new stuff is up here and there, have a good week.

January 2, 2003

Happy Thursday.  Went with Steph to one of her friends' places on NY Eve and then went to Old C's - typical.  Went shopping yesterday and watched the first Lord of the Rings again - im going to the two towers sometime soon, very soon.   yup.  i am so tried today it's ridiculous.

Man the cyclones suck.  But check this, the seahawks will flat out rule next year. my prediction - super bowl champs. and yes, i do realize i sound like schau.

The quick week is almost over, today and tomorrow then a weekend then back to normal schedule for a long time.  Damn that's gonna suck.  I don't feel very good today.  My head hurts, i don't know why, may have to pop some advils.

GO USC!!!!

Uhm, hmmmm. Hey Amanda - if you're reading this, this should make your day.  Does that give your your fix today?  hehehehe.  That's all, sorry.
